We bought the rectangle North trampoline 10 x 15ft. I talked to customer service over the phone numerous times as I needed it for a specific date is it was for my sons birthday, they were more than helpful. The assembly took us 3-4 hours with my husband it wasn’t hard, very clear instructions on youtube, but you can pay extra and they will assemble it for you, but if you have 2 people you can do it yourselves. I highly recommend the company and the North trampoline too, the quality is amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Capital Play advised us on the right type of trampoline for older kids (13 & 10), delivered quickly and even sent us a wonderful jump wristband app related toy (which my kids LOVE) when (through no fault of their own) the 3rd party delivery and assembly company were grumpy and unhelpful with us. Highly recommend them!

Really impressed with the service at Capital Play. Despite low stock they held a product for me pending a new credit card arriving, and also gave me a discount on a previously seen price after their prices had just gone up. Really fantastic customer service and I would definitely recommend them. All staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Great advice and the north explorer trampoline is brilliant though it arrived with a damaged part. Capital play dealt with this very well and it is resolved.

Update: None of the contents were damaged.

The instructions were really clear. The trampoline is much better made than previous trampolines we've had.

The crash mats are fixed down better so look less likely to tear and make less noise than previous in-ground trampolines.

Email support was really helpful to make sure we did a good job in the installation.

The kids absolutely love it - it looks really good and feels good quality.

It's just great that the frame is shorter than other trampolines and the instructions help you know the shelf size to dig then the pit size to dig under the bounce-mat. This makes the job of installation so much easier.

I have previously asked other suppliers if they could make an in-built retaining wall and described something very similar to this one - who has time or money to build a sunken concrete / block wall (or want such a semi permanent structure in their garden?). This plastic retaining wall is easy to fit and really effective, and similar to what I'd created by myself on previous trampolines - really well done for this great innovation.

I've already talked a couple of friends into buying one.

For the record, my initial review was as follows:
I will update this, but first impressions were that the boxes delivered were too heavy for the delivery people and they seemed to have to throw the boxes off the lorry. We will have to unpack them to get them through to the back of the house and check for any damage.

I ordered a 14 foot in ground trampoline for my daughters birthday in which i though i had left it to late from ordering but Capital play made it happen!

Capital could not have been more helpful. I had about a zillion questions and they must have thought they would never get rid of me. But eventually I settled on the right trampoline and delivery and assembly went smoothly and we are all very happy. They are pricey of course but so much more of a long-term investment than the flimsy thing we had before, I hope.

We have quite a sloped garden which is overlooked by several other houses, so it was really important to us that our trampoline was as invisible as possible and blending in perfectly with our garden. We decided to invest in the best in-ground one we could find and we’re so pleased we did! Our two kids absolutely love it and the bounce is exceptional. It’s very quiet too with barely a noise at all, so absolutely perfect to keep the neighbours happy too. We hired an external company with a mini digger who cut into our slope, taking them around 5 hours in total to dig, build and install our trampoline. The build quality of the trampoline seems of a very high standard and the delivery was carried out by two very helpful & happy delivery guys. Highly Recommended!

From start to finish, Capitalplay was brilliant. Easy to order. Excellent timings for installation. Very efficient. All installed in one day. Cleaned up properly afterwards. Highly recommend this company for inground trampolines

Excellent customer service, excellent quality and great bounce

Great quality product, good comms, on time delivery, good instructions (my 16 yr old managed to install the trampoline with a friend, including all measuring, digging and fitting). Hard work but worth it.

Excellent customer service from point of enquiry right through to after purchase. The in-ground trampoline is fantastic, great instructions making assembling straight forward. Kids and parents love it!
