I did have a small issue with the initial delivery, but it was resolved immediately with such great service.

We love all things By Teddy. We have a six month Cavapoo called Nala who’s their biggest fan. When she was tiny the gorgeous puppy sling was a game changer for us! The car seat has made travel so smooth and easy - we couldn’t be without it! Looking forward to trying out their summer collection! <3

Incredible products, great quality and Super fast delivery .

Absolutely love the Summer Breeze Collection. The drying robe is soft, lightweight and very absorbent, perfect after wet walks, beaches or bath time. The cooling mat and vest work brilliantly on warm days and really help keep our dogs cool and comfortable without any fuss. Great quality, lovely designs and very practical – would highly recommend.

I have recently ordered the studio collection in both the hazelnut and chocolate and the quality is amazing!! The hands free design of the lead has been a game changer, with a child as well it gives me that extra hand that is so needed! 🤭
We have also ordered the cooling vests, drying robes and the cooling mat from the new summer breeze collection as they are fantastic!! The vests and mat are cool to touch which is going to be so lovely for the pups in the heat ☀️😍
We also ordered the quilted sling which has been perfect for our new pups, she drifts off in it and is so cosy! It’s so comfy to wear and we’ve had so many compliments on it 🥹

This is by far my most favourite dog shop!! Everything is just so gorgeous and well made. Totally my taste and style as well as being functional. Every dog deserves By Teddy!

I just received some pieces from the recent summer launch and I am utterly obsessed!

The cooling mat has none of those nasty toxic gels in and instead is made from a cooling fabric that is instantly cool on contact. It’s lightweight making it very easy to transport.

I also purchased a drying robe and cooling vest. Both are incredible quality and the sizing is perfect! Not to mention they’re absolutely stunning.

Delivery is always super quick and the items come so beautifully packaged, it truly feels luxurious.

Really good service and quality. The best aesthetic designs and they’re so hard to find in the UK for dogs. I’m lucky I found them when I got my puppy. I highly recommend this brand to anyone. My fav products are the carriers and the new hands free leash.

We looove all of our ByTeddy products! Everything is so well made, such high quality and such beautiful aesthetic products. When we ordered something in the wrong size, it was easy to return, and the communication with the owners is always quick and helpful! Literally our fave dog brand, can’t recommend them enough.

Horrible customer service.

I recently purchased an item from this company and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

The product arrived defective, which raises serious concerns about their quality control. This should have been identified before dispatch.

Shipping was also problematic and added unnecessary frustration to the overall experience.

What was most unacceptable, however, was the returns process. Despite the item being faulty, customer service made it unnecessarily difficult to arrange a return and refund. This lack of efficiency and accountability is not what I would expect from a reputable business.

Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I hope they take steps to improve both their quality checks and customer service processes.

I have most of the collection now! Today I received one of the new chocolate slings and it’s outstanding… all products are fantastic quality and top class customer service ❤️🐶

I decided to invest in the By Teddy water bottle, as I was fed up having to remember to carry a collapsible bowl for Nala my shitzhu to drink water
We live on the Isle of Wight and long walks along
the beach with water that she couldn’t drink (the sea 😜) meant we were cupping our hands trying to get my water to sit in it while she decided if she could
Drink from it. Needless to say I wasted a lot of precious water.

But my By Teddy shared water bottle is a game changer. I just need to walk with one item that looks stylish and has great capacity. We have used it in the car, along the streets in London and of course on all the doggy walks on the island.
I love it too as the human spout is comfortable and lovely to drink from.

Highly recommend.

Oh yes and the snack bowl is fab when we can share some of our food when in a cafe ! No more throwing bits on the floor or asking for a saucer 🎉

I bought this car seat in July for my Cavapoochon puppy arriving in August and only ever used it in the car in which my puppy slept in it. After about three months, the stitching started to come apart down one side. A few months later I washed it, and the stitching has now come apart in multiple places.

When I contacted customer service, they said they were surprised because the stitching is supposed to last for years. However, they refused to replace it, saying they “cannot know how the item was used and what caused this.”

Given that it was only used for its intended purpose and for a small puppy, I’m very disappointed with both the product quality and terrible customer support. I expected it to last much longer than a few months.

Amazing customer service and quality of products. I originally ordered the Puffer Carrier in Matcha by mistake so reached out asking to change it to Hazelnut and they were so helpful and kind.

The Puffer Carrier is such high quality and extremely functional for owners with the amount of pockets so you don’t need to carry an additional bag for yourself and a bonus that it comes with a matching poop bag holder.

The capsule knit sweater is the best I’ve purchased from the fit to the quality of the fabric. It’s perfect for colder days and you can tell the materials used are high end and will last.

You can tell that By Teddy focuses on quality and thinks about every little detail in their products. Definitely will be ordering again from them.

Obsessed with By Teddy items. We really love it for our two Australian Labradoodles. The designs are fabulous and the quality is amazing. Also great service. Would really recommend!

I recently ordered two dog coats (XXS and XS) to compare sizing. Both were removed from their packaging purely to check the size side by side. The XXS was clearly too small and was not tried on my dog.

When I returned the items within the stated timeframe, I was told the XS coat had a “mark & hair” and that it could not be refunded as it was allegedly damaged. I disagree with this assessment — the item was handled carefully and not worn or used outdoors. It was simply inspected to check size, which I believe is reasonable when purchasing online.

Whilst they offered to refund the XXS, the XS was refused and I was informed it would be sent back to me. I appreciate small businesses need to protect themselves, but as a customer purchasing online, you have to be able to inspect an item to determine suitability.

Overall, the product itself looked good, but the rigidity of the returns process and unwillingness to find a reasonable resolution was disappointing.

I ordered two dog coats to compare sizing based on the measurements provided at the time of purchase.

When removed from packaging solely to compare sizes side by side. The xxs was too small and was not tried on. The xs was briefly placed on my dog indoors for a few minutes to assess fit and was removed as it was too restrictive.

The two coats were returned within the stated timeframe. I was later informed that the XS coat had “hair and a mark” and that a refund would be refused because it could not be resold, I refuse any marks were on the item at time of sale, the few strands of hair however is virtually unavoidable... I mean I dont know many bald dogs.

I dispute this outcome on several occasions. The item was handled carefully, not worn outdoors, and only inspected to determine suitability, which I understand to be reasonable when purchasing online under UK consumer regulations.

During correspondence, I was offered a refund on the condition that I remove my review. I did not feel this was appropriate.

Instagram also sent me a direct series of questions challenging the integrity of the business recently which was strange, I assume this was because I orginally followed a link from a "By Teddy" ad, never had this before which further concerned myself.

The product itself was of good quality, but I found the handling of the issue incorrect and would therefore not recommend By Teddy for this reason.

I'm a 7 month old Cockapoo called Ruby, my human debated for ages before wisely buying the marshmallows bouclé dog car bed carrier. I couldn't be happier, it arrived and as my human unpacked and put it all together I stood by supervising. Once she put it on the floor I was straight in, oh the fluffiness, the colour and with loads of spare room I quickly brought some favourite toys in with me. I was so comfortable I could feel my eyes closing and when I woke up I stretched and rolled around in my beautiful new bed.
