The cooling blanket has been amazing to actually keep her cool in the warmer weather. The cozy bed is easily one of her favorite spots and honestly looks beautiful in the home too.
Everything feels really thoughtfully designed for both dogs and dog parents. Definitely one of the few pet brands that balances function + style really well.

We purchased the stunning Hazelnut Puffer Carrier and the Hazelnut Crossbody Lead. Both are absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality and a look of luxury about them. Our little Dachshund puppy absolutely loves snuggling up in her bag. It’s definitely a place she feels content and safe.
The bag has lots of compartments and added extras like a poo bag holder, removable mat, shoulder strap.. It’s just gorgeous.
The lead is perfect for handsfree walks meaning you can have a coffee and use your phone without any problems at all!
We’ve had many comments on both items!

The products from this brand are absolutely fantastic. I have the water bottle and settle mat which have been game changing for taking the dog out and about. The obsession then went into a dog bed which she loves and I have my eye on the quilted bodysuits. Great quality and fantastic products from such an aesthetically pleasing brand.

We originally got the cosy car seat because he used to get car sick, and it genuinely helped so much. It made him feel way more settled and comfortable in the car, so since then we’ve kept going back and now have quite a few things from them like harnesses, clothes, accessories, the list keeps growing haha.
Everything is such lovely quality and you can tell a lot of thought goes into the products. They’re practical but still really stylish, and Albie always gets compliments when he’s wearing By Teddy.
Delivery has always been really fast too, which I always appreciate when ordering dog things!
Also just such a lovely brand overall with a really kind team behind it. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Super fast delivery, even to the Netherlands. Novi loves the step in harness; it is so comfortable for her to wear and I love the handsfree leash.
We also got the lifejacket, coolingmat and coolingvest so Novi can keep living her best life even in the summer heat ☀️

We couldn’t recommend By Teddy more!! We have a car seat/bed for our miniature dachshund (margottheminiature_) and we absolutely love it! We couldn’t live without it now - it goes everywhere with us and it’s so reassuring knowing Margot will chill or sleep in there if we’re in the car, cafe or the pub!

We also have the chocolate quilted sling which is a *stylish* life saver when Margot decides she no longer wants to walk 🤣 she’s a Velcro dog and being cuddled up in the sling on us is perfect for her to relax when out in public.

Fabulous speedy delivery! Purchased the item Thursday at 10pm and it was delivered Saturday at 1pm! Now to talk about the incredible product! My dog has been a bit of a whiner/barker in the car so I purchased the puffer car seat and it’s a game changer! We drove 1hr today and the only time he barked was out of excitement when we arrived at our destination! He never normally lies down will sit the whole way but he actually was so relaxed he fell asleep! I can’t recommend this enough! The quality of the bed is amazing too! Love that you can unzip the stuffing to wash it!

We purchased a car bed for our labradoodle puppy. Within 2 months the strap which you clip to his collar had totally torn away from the bed, the stitching having come totally undone. At this point he was barely 5 kilos and only 4 months old, there’s absolutely no way he was strong enough to pull it off on his own. Customer service claimed this had never once happened on the thousands of beds they’ve sold, a claim I now doubt…

They had us return the bed and sent us out a new one. After 3 months, exactly the same thing again. He’s now nearly 8 months and just over 10 kilos, but again simply wouldn’t be strong enough to entirely rip the strap away from the bed. He does not pull on the strap to the extent this should even be possible, the most he does is stand up to look out the window. These are genuinely unsafe products and I’d strongly warn anyone against purchasing one if they care for their dog’s wellbeing.

UPDATE:
ByTeddy flagged this review for removal for defamatory content, which Trustpilot sensibly rejected. You can see in ByTeddy's reply that they are insisting the strap was chewed apart by the dog. This is simply untrue, I have photos of both broken straps - dogs don't chew in perfectly straight lines along stitching and even if they did, the area which ripped was underneath the cushion of the bed!

ByTeddy got in touch with my via email after this review. After initially asking if there was anything that could be done to get me to remove the review, they then resorted to pretty much saying I was lying ("For it to happen twice with you, I would make the educated conclusion that this is down to how the product has been used by the dog."), and when I rejected this, threatened to report me "through the appropriate channels". Threatening to report a customer concerned about the wellbeing of other people's pets to the police is genuinely disgraceful for any company, not least one which is fortunate enough to now be stocked by John Lewis. Rest assured I have passed all photos and email chains to them, who are reviewing their relationship with ByTeddy internally. They have agreed with us via email that the response we received from ByTeddy was unacceptable and unprofessional.

Avoid this company like their plague. Their products are unsafe and employees rude.

Super fast delivery, incredible products! Pepper hates the heat, she gets so uncomfortable and I’ve tried so many cooling jackets/mats/bandanas with no luck. Her new by Teddy cooling coat kept her cool and comfortable for a whole day at the beach, so impressed! Looking forward to summer adventures without worrying about her comfort.

I've tried a lot of dog brands, but ByTeddy stands out for me. Their quality is on another level, everything feels thoughtfully designed, from the materials to the small functional details. It’s rare to find products that are both genuinely practical and actually look good in your home, but ByTeddy nails that balance perfectly. Their whole aesthetic is minimal, elevated, and consistent across everything they make and is exactly what I look for.

What really sets them apart though is the community they’ve built around the brand. We go to their walking club and it’s honestly one of the best parts, the atmosphere is so welcoming and the community feel is incredible. It doesn’t feel like a brand pushing products, it feels like a group of people who genuinely love the brand and their products.

Between the product quality, attention to detail, and the community they’ve created, ByTeddy is one of the few brands that actually lives up to the hype.

By Teddy is one of the best dog brands out there. Not only is everything very well thought through but it is also beautiful and aesthetic and fits in with your Home rather than your Home fitting in with the product. Their customer service is top tier. And actually their travel bottle saved my puppy during our car being broken down for 3 hours. Thank you!!!

Picked up a cooling vest for Pickle as he isn’t good in the hot weather. He hates wearing them usually - especially the ones you have to soak in water which just traps the heat and makes them itchy! This one is so different - even in direct evening sun he was cool to the touch, and didn’t complain once!! Would recommend!!

The products themselves are nice and I haven’t had any quality issues so far. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was very disappointing.
I ordered five items, one of which was a pre‑order. When I added the pre‑order item, the total delivery fee increased. I assumed this was because the pre‑order would be shipped later and that I was being charged for a second delivery. Since I live in Germany and import duties for the first shipment were already very high, I decided to cancel the pre‑order item to avoid paying import taxes twice.
Customer support was initially very responsive and helped me process the cancellation and refund. However, the delivery cost related to the canceled pre‑order item was never refunded. Their only explanation was that I had paid for just one delivery and that shipping for pre‑order items is covered by the brand, yet they never explained why the delivery fee increased when I added the pre‑order item in the first place.
I also noticed inconsistencies in the refund amount shown on the invoice they themselves provided, where the totals did not add up and showed different values. After raising these issues, customer support completely stopped responding. A clear answer to my specific questions could have easily resolved the situation, but I never received the explanations I needed and my emails were simply ignored. I sent multiple emails and received no reply for 13 days. I contacted them via Instagram and was told I would receive an answer the same day. Five days passed without any response. When I followed up again on Instagram, I finally received a reply, but it again ignored my specific questions.
The brand has nice products, but unfortunately, when problems arise, they seem to avoid addressing them.

I discovered this company on Instagram and instantly fell in love with their beautiful designs and the quality of their products. Everything arrives quickly and is so thoughtfully packaged. We absolutely love the cosy car seat — it’s perfect for our Cavapoo, Oscar. He now has matching leads and collars, which are just as impressive, and I’ve recently treated myself to one of the dog‑walking bags. Stylish, practical, and such great quality. I’m already looking forward to coming back for more treats for both of us.

Amazing quality products, Twix loves his new cooling mat and sleeps on it every night. All products are easy to wash, great quality, and look gorgeous with the house aesthetic.

I did have a small issue with the initial delivery, but it was resolved immediately with such great service.
