Beautiful quality products with thoughtfully designed touches. We have purchased carrier, several fleeces, many collars, leads and harnesses and love the neutral palettes and materials used especially the boucle. Customer service is excellent. You feel that your custom is truly valued.

Hi Lorraine,
This is so lovely to read, thank you 🤎
It means the world that you’ve built up such a collection with us. From carriers to fleeces to collars, leads and harnesses… that is the ultimate compliment. We’re so happy you love the neutral palettes and materials, especially the bouclé. We spend a lot of time refining those textures and tones so they feel timeless and elevated, so it’s wonderful to hear that’s coming through.
And thank you for your kind words about our customer service. As a small, founder led team, every order genuinely matters to us. Knowing you feel valued is exactly how we want every customer to feel.
We’re so grateful for your continued support and can’t wait to design more pieces for you and your dog to love 🧸
Nutmeg’s New Favourite Seat
We absolutely love our cosy car seat from By Teddy - and so does our dog, Nutmeg. It is beautifully made, really comfortable and feels properly secure in the car, which gives us peace of mind on longer journeys. Best part is how versatile it is: once we arrive, it doubles up perfectly as a bed, so Nutmeg settles straight away without needing anything else.
Practical, stylish, and clearly designed with dogs (and owners) in mind. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality car seat that doesn’t compromise on comfort

Hi Rachel and Nutmeg,
Thank you so much for this beautiful review 🤎
We are so happy to hear that you and Nutmeg are loving your Cosy Car Seat. Knowing it feels secure on longer journeys and gives you that extra peace of mind is exactly why we designed it the way we did. Safety and comfort should always go hand in hand.
We especially love that Nutmeg settles straight away when you arrive and it doubles up as her bed. That versatility was such an important part of the design, so hearing it works seamlessly for you both is the best feedback we could ask for.
Practical, stylish and thoughtfully designed is everything we strive for, so thank you for recognising that. Give Nutmeg a cuddle from us, and safe travels on your next adventure together 🧸

We absolutely love The Bouclé Blanket from By Teddy
We absolutely love The Bouclé Blanket from By Teddy. One side is soft and furry, while the other side is sturdy enough to withstand scratching from our furkid, the perfect balance of comfort and durability.
The material is nice and thick, yet it dries surprisingly quickly after washing. We loved it so much that we ended up getting it in both colours. Highly recommend! 🐾🤍

Fleece bodysuit
Our winters are really cold in Canada. I purchased a fleece bodysuit to keep our dog warm. The purchase process was easy and the product is wonderful - it's easy to slip on, it's super soft and so cute! There is no equivalent product in Canada. We also bought the dog collar - robust, practical and elegant. Thank you!

We’re so happy to hear the Fleece Bodysuit is keeping your dog cosy through those cold winters. We designed it to be easy to slip on, super soft and genuinely warm, so it’s lovely to know it’s doing its job. And the fact you feel there’s no equivalent locally is such an incredible compliment.
We’re also thrilled you’re enjoying the collar.

By Teddy - Worth the price!
By Teddy combines the best of functionality for actually useful dog products and a chic aesthetic. Useful and easily integrated into daily life and gives you a spring in your step. My favourite is the modular puffer as my mini schnauzer is an odd shape and hates things going over his head, the button up down the middle means we don't need to put it over his head and removable leg sections and hood means we can customise it for his shape and keeps him super warm and looking fresh. The bed is also perfect for the car, especially Uber Pet to keep their car clean and our pup safe. Couldn't recommend more!
