Dumpster companies are incredibly frustrating. They will only talk to you on line, or the dumpsters they will rent you are not right for the job. Most frustrating of all is when you need to change something like extending the time you have dumpster. There is no one to talk to. Discount Dumpsters answers the phone, knows what they are talking about, does what they say they will do, communicates with you all the time and they do all this in the nicest way. If you need a dumpster I could not recommend Discount Dumpsters enough. They are great!!!

This company damaged my driveway while attempting to place the dumpster. The dumpster was never successfully placed and my driveway was significantly damaged. The company refuses to accept responsibility and claims to have done an investigation determining that my property doesn’t support the weight of their dumpsters. No accountability. Trash.

He patiently broke down the costs for the various dumpster options and ensured that my city ordinance allowed for street drop-off. Zach also helped me calculate the weight capacity I would need based on the large items we had, and he assisted in determining how long we would need the dumpster to complete our cleanup.

Zach was incredibly easy to communicate with, providing me with all the necessary information and ensuring I had my contract and payment receipt ready before we ended the call. The entire process was straightforward and extremely affordable.
