Budget Dumpster Arvostelua 

I rented a dumpster through Budget Dumpster, and while I understand that the dumpster may have gone over the included weight limit, my issue is with how the additional charge was handled.

I was charged extra without any heads-up, clear explanation, or documentation showing the actual weight or how the additional fee was calculated. I’ve also reached out trying to get clarification and follow-up, but getting a response has been extremely difficult.

Unfortunately, it feels like the customer service stopped once they had my money. I would have had no problem paying a legitimate overweight fee if it had been clearly documented and communicated, but the lack of transparency and follow-up has been very disappointing.

Because of this experience, I will not be using Budget Dumpster again and cannot recommend them based on the customer service I received after the rental.

A company with zero accountability. They delivered the wrong dumpster size and refused to resolve the issue. We even measured the dumpster to provide clear evidence that the size was incorrect, but they still refused to acknowledge their mistake. If you’re in the service business, the least you can do is take responsibility and make things right. For those of us in construction, time is money, and situations like this only show a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility.

Our experience was excellent! We had a tight timeline and Budget Dumpster delivered beyond our expectations. Customer service agents were so kind and helpful. We will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend!

Do not rely on this company!!! I requested the dumpster for 06/26/26, it was never delivered. They told me they could not guarantee it would be delivered by 06/29/26. They are not honest, reliable, or ethical.

It was very easy to make the reservation, there were no hidden fees and they were very efficient!

Susan was AMAZING 🤩!! She walked me through the pricing and the process. In this day and age of AI, over seas call centers and bots it was WONDERFUL to work with a live, professional , knowledge, English speaking sales representative.
Susan responded to my time line and my texts in a very timely manner and answered all my questions. She listened and understood what I was needing and made it happen.
It weird to say but Susan made ordering a dumpster a refreshingly easy process!!

Initially easy rental but customer representative seemed pushy- more like a sales person than a family owned business. The day of delivery, waited and waited. The dumpster didn't arrive until late afternoon. A wasted day i paid for service that it couldn't be used. Also found a less expensive rental after the fact- same price and bigger size from Rondinelli.

Highly recommended. I called and Susan was very patient with all my questions and helped me to pick the right size and service. The dumpster arrived right on time. It was placed exactly where I wanted it, and was picked up right on time. Very professional operator and very careful driver. I couldn’t ask for a better service!

They showed up when they said they would and left the right size dumpster. They picked it up a day later but that kind of benefited us because we found more stuff to toss. No changes to the billing either.
Simple straightforward and I will use them again.

I have rented a dumpster every year for five years. Last year, I used Budget Dumpster. This year, I ordered, paid, and then got a call from Ohio (first mistake: do not use a firm that is not local). They told me they are unable to deliver a dumpster to my home. They will refund me over a lengthy period of time. I called a local company, and they are delivering tomorrow at a much lower cost. BEWARE OF BUDGET DUMPSTER

If I had known that you outsource your service, to my trash pickup provider, I would have called them and had them dropoff a roll off.
