Legal Zoom Fail

Tried to register my company as an LLC. I had used my name for 9 years, and had ownership of the name with the State if Ohio. Legal Zoom told me the name was taken and would not let me move forward, and told me to choose a different name. This went on for 6 months, 3 different reps said they could help me, but none did. Took my $99.00 and provided nothing in return.
