First time worked well. Used a second time and never again. Could put up with the poor road to the site if the service was good. They charge everybody an entrance fee for the airport but with several people transported at once, they are not incurring the costs they charge for. Communication difficult. Called for return transport only to get a call back asking me for the details I had provided previously. Called after another 30 minutes to be told they would be 15 minutes. Then had call from a man with a Bristol accent. He said he had received a request to collect us 10 second before and would be with us in 8 minutes. Made out he was subcontracting but think he was on site when we reached the car park. Basically I felt lied to several times and my collection took over an hour - not the service they promised or advertised. Won't use again or recommend.

Really weird experience at this park and ride. We arrived late at night due to an early morning flight. We got there (I wouldn’t recommend any low vehicles to go down there due to the road surfaces) we weren’t exactly greeted by anyone and the man running it barely acknowledged us, he said that I hadn’t called the number that was apparently send via WhatsApp, I never got any whatsapp messages. I had tried to call the number that was sent on the confirmation email but it came up with a unrecognised number. He was also bitching about his coworkers the whole time and then asked for my car keys and to pay a barrier charge. On the way back, we called the number that was given to us from a driver, a photo of the WhatsApp number, we called this number and it went to unrecognised. We then called the number from the email and it suddenly worked. We waited for over 50 minutes and were told by a previous driver (the van was full) that it would be 5 minutes, it wasn’t until 30 minutes had passed that someone eventually came to pick us up. When we got to my car, we saw that they had 0ed my mileage (makes me think how long they drove it around for) and had changed some settings on my car.
I would not recommend and will definitely not be returning.

Do not use this company. They ignored my cancellation and didn’t refund my money. No one answers the phone and nobody returns your calls. They are thieves who are behind with paying their company taxes and they should not be allowed to live and work in our country if they can’t commit to our country’s taxes or offer a satisfactory service for customers.

Most bizarre chaotic experience. On the approach on the bumping road the mini van stopped to talk to us to give us directions. A customer at the back said I’d turn around if I were you it’s absolutely awful back there. The driver then started arguing with her which was really awkward. When we pulled up we were asked to pay £17 in addition for the airport drop off. Even though it’s charged per vehicle. He charged £17 x3 across all families sharing the one van which is a con! No reception area to check in, they just ask you to hand your keys over in the car park with no receipt or proof. Long one hour wait for the transfer to the airport. The family who was next to us nearly missed their flight. Amongst this a huge argument with another customer and a worker broke out and there was swearing. Resulting in her leaving the car park and finding an alternative. AVOID!! I am worried about returning to my car.

I would avoid this place! Felt a little cheated when we got there. They didn’t mention up front that there’s a charge for the drop off, only in an email small print. That’s how they get you with the cheap price. We were fine with the experience despite the erratic driving on the way to the airport however, getting our car back. They have 100% driven our M1 around, piles of mud in the back of the car? I understand you’ve moved it, but this has had someone in the back of the car which should not be happening! Mileage and fuel lower than left. We personally will not be using them again. They drive far too dangerously even with kids in the car!

I had to give 1 star to be able to write a review but it isn't even worth that. On the way to the airport the chair was broken in the clapped out minibus, the driver was told by another passenger and myself to slow down, it was dangerous. Very rushed on the airport because we were delayed leaving the car park. On way back was waiting in car park at 1am (2 women) for over an hour, called twice and on second time the guy put the phone down on us when we were eventually picked up the passenger got out the van with a little fag in his hand, had been smoking in the van. The driver was very apologetic and he was lovely but never again would I use this company. The guy handed the driver of the van our car key's and then ran off because he knew we wanted to speak to him about the appalling service but quickly made himself unavailable. Please pay the extra and park somewhere safe and closer

Awful! Pot holes road to get to free for al parking. Broken down mini bus and travellers running at you with a card reader. I would rather leave my car get a ticket than leave it there.

Awful experience, barely understand anything staff were saying, total chaos. Filthy transport to and from the airport.
Strongly advise people use another service.
Very poor service all round and not much more to park at the airport

The Parking is at least 10 miles from the Airport dwn an unsigned dirt track that is not fit to drive on. The staff just don't want to be there and the drive back was dangerous as the driver just wanted to go home. There are poor directions, the gravel track has no road sign, the parking has no signs. The Reception eventually answered but spoke very poor English so was of no use. This company SHOULD NOT BE IN OPERATION

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the meet and greet parking service booked through Compare Parking Prices, with the following details:

- Vehicle collected: 2 February 2026 at 06:00 from Bristol Airport
- Vehicle return due: 6 February 2026 at 23:00 Bristol Airport.
- Company responsible for collection: Bristol M&G Gld1 Trading Ltd

Today, I received a Parking Charge Notice dated 6 February 2026 at 15:18 for exceeding 30 minutes parking on the A38 opposite New Road, Redhill. This occurred eight hours before my flight was due to land, meaning my vehicle was being driven while it was supposed to be securely stored.

This is a serious breach of contract and constitutes unauthorised use of my vehicle. I gave permission only for collection on 2 February and return at 23:00 on 6 February. Any other use is unlawful.

As a result of this unauthorised use, I have incurred a £50 penalty charge. I am also applying a £100 administration charge for the time, stress, and inconvenience caused.

I require the following within 5 working days:

1. Full details of Bristol M&G Gld1 Trading Ltd, including registered address, company number, insurance details, and the identity of the driver who had possession of my vehicle.
2. Reimbursement of the £50 PCN.
3. Payment of a £100 administration charge.

I will be reporting this matter to the police due to the unauthorised use of my vehicle.

I expect this to be treated with the seriousness it warrants.

Waited well over 25 minutes for them to pick up on arrival, this was after we’d given the requisite 45 minutes warning. We also waited for the drop off on departure. Staff barely spoke; couldn’t have been less friendly and engaging.

READ THE SMALL PRINT, in amongst the confirmation email they say that you are responsible for parking charges. This is currently £8.50 each way.

It’s a joke. Would never use these guys again and they clearly don’t care about their customers because there are lots of reviews like this on this site and they haven’t replied to any of them.

Whatever you do, just don’t. Your car will be driven by someone not insured to drive it, if you cancel you won’t get a refund (been chasing it for 9 days now and will be heading to the various addresses they’ve got listed to get my money back), use YourParkingSpace, there’s a cheap place that’s literally a 3 minute walk from the airport entrance and it’s so much cheaper and easier to deal with.

GLD1 Trading Limited, very poor service, I made a booking, my flight was cancelled, I cancelled the parking.I emailed several times. I never got back my money!Be careful never book with them!!This people are not honest!

One star is generous for this scam company.
On arrival it took a time to get through for a pick up.
On the way back we were told the car was on its way several times, after tracking the car we could see it was still in the same place! Apparently they lost our keys so 2 hours later the car arrived. No apologies, nothing.
On leaving the premises we noticed that my Gucci glasses, an old iPhone that I use for music was missing. We pulled over to check the car to see that they had rummaged through it all and found the money I had well hidden and taken it. Police have been contacted.
After calling the company, we were told that we leave things at our own risk. Clearly its a scam they have had going, that has been done many time before. How on earth do they get away with.
PLEASE STAY AWAY!

DO NOT USE, THEY ARE THIEVES. I would give this business minus 100 if there was the option. Giving one star should not apply to this company. Unfortunately, I left a sum of cash in my car which was parked with them for four days over the new year. The cash was well hidden but they managed to find it and stole every pound. On contacting them they advised they are not responsible for the contents of the vehicle.

Indian Scam, avoid if possible!

Beware - this is a SCAM AND FRAUD!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

I booked parking for 5 days. On the day of arrival, I called 30 minutes in advance for the driver to pick us up, but no one answered. Then I called again - silence. The road to the parking lot is terribly broken through a field. At the parking gate, I reached the driver (an Indian man). He replied that he was sorry, but your reservation was CANCELLED! I couldn't believe this news, since they took the money and I didn't receive any notification of cancellation. This Indian man told me to demand a refund somewhere and that I had to pay again now so the driver would come. It's just awful. I couldn't get through to technical support and they still haven't returned my money.

These are definitely scammers. Organizations like this parking lot should be jailed.

I would give this service no stars if I could. We were given the wrong mobile number to arrange drop off and had to phone the booking company to get us another number. On the way home we called them to drop our car off. They only answered after the 6th attempt. We were then stood in the freezing cold for 30 minutes waiting for the car. When I asked the driver how far away the cars were parked he told me 10 miles. However he walked round the corner and my car arrived 5 minutes later with the engine stone cold, which begs the question. Where are the cars being kept. I also had 1/4 of a tank of fuel left when it was dropped off! its not a meet and greet. A meet and greed drops you off at the airport entrance not the exit of a short star carpark. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Very unprofessionally ran business, the site is just a rented yard in the middle of nowhere at the back of someone’s land, route to the site is awful full of pot holes and flooded when we went down. If I knew this I would have paid an extra 10£ and parked at Bristol air port.

Rang for pickup before we flew and arranged it for 11:30PM

Once we land I call and ask where he is, no answer for 4 rings then finally answered and says he will be 30/40 minutes bearing in mind we are stood in a car park in 2 degrees at 11:40.

Definitely will not be booking through this cowboy ran business. Best of opening a kabab shop then running airport parking

Very poor experience
This is a very unprofessional setup. The route to the parking is an atrocious pot-holed track. To be met by uninterested ‘staff’ no ID. Each group in the minibus were required to pay £14 for the short stay car park!!
We waited for over an hour to be collected on our return and were told the wrong place to wait. Use a different car parking service!!!
