Communication terrible, difficult to get hold of, unhelpful and at times just rude. Not easy to find meeting point. Didn’t feel happy about leaving car with them. Don’t use them.

I wish I didn’t have to leave 1 star for this service.
Going out we were on a bus with people who had waited 1.30mins on the bus and were close to missing their flight. The company didn’t care and continued to wait until the bus is completely full before leaving for the airport. Also, your luggage is loaded into a car that follows behind, which you have to wait for when you get at the airport too. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and the atmosphere was extremely hostile.
On the way home, we waiting almost 1.5 hours for a bus to arrive, when it did they couldn’t fit everyone on the bus, and basically told us they’d return within an hour, disgraceful! I ended up having to leave my husband and small child at the airport to squeeze myself onto the bus, and then return to collect them myself from the carpark.
Please note the carpark has no lighting, we had to use phone torches to search for their car in a pitch black field. I’d never use this company again, disgraceful and I really encourage anyone with children not to use these too.
Should be closed down.
I don’t think this company is linked to the stables, I strongly believe the farm owner rents the field to a bunch of rogues who barely speak English.
Just as a plus whilst we were waiting, we saw the airport tavern and Oakwood mini buses coming in every 10-15mins, so would recommend looking at these companies and not get lured in by the cheap price.

I would of given it zero stars but not able to.
The track to the parking is dreadful, especially if you have a low slung car.
The bus was about to go as we arrived, but waited for us.
Each car is charged for the barrier, there were 4 car loads, nice little profit.
Coming back, we did as asked and phoned as soon as we were in arrivals, midnight.
I was told 30 minutes, okay no big deal.
We went to the pick up zone, 30 minutes came and went. There was another couple waiting, they had been told that a tyre had blown and they were changing it.
We waited 1 hour 30 minutes.
They obviously wait until they have a full bus load before they pick up, because there were 5 car loads of people picked up.
Gave us a load of 🦬 shite, total lies

Awful experience. I certainly do not recommend.
The access lane is covered in potholes. The reception is a grotty container. There is no waiting area. There is a toilet that was absolutely disgusting and had no toilet paper.
You have to pay an additional £18 for airport entry costs on arrival.
We arrived at the car park 2.5 hours before our flight. The company got us to the airport 1 hour and 15 mins after arrival. We were running to the bag drop as we had minutes to spare!
Our flight into Bristol was a day late returning due to cancellations across all UK airports. When I called to state we'd arrived the man didn't answer until my 3rd call and then was extremely rude, saying do you know you are a day late? You need to pay £20 late fee or we will not collect you!
I was happy to pay extra as we were late (beyond our control) but he was so rude.
Please don't use this service....it's not worth the stress on your holiday!

Well what can I say, firstly no answer when you ring them as instructed, you go down a lane with more pot holes than the whole of England, shocking if you have a nice car you care about, told to wait in the car until a bus arrives, then get changed an extra £17 for transfer, £8.50 pp rather than just the £8.50 for the one vehicle. Got to the airport eventually. On return call the number again with no answer, keep calling finally getting an answer, wait an hour for the bus to finally turn up, then have to wait till they fill the bus. More time. Absolute fraudsters and felt like we have been ripped of for a service which was far from par.
Never ever go with these.

Absolutely would not recommend! Stear clear at all coat. Firstly on our way, 30mins from location we rang, no answer. Rang about 5 times before they answered and sounded like he just woke up, then on arrival we had to go down a single country lane full of potholes (so if u have a nice car don't bother), secondly it's further to the airport than stated (16 mins not 10). If it had just been these factors I wouldn't be writting this .. but it gets worse! On our return after collecting our bags at 22:30 we rang the number (as per instruction) to be told it was a 40 minute wait for pick up, I was shocked at this as when booking it says we would be collected within 30mins, anyway 40mins goes by still nothing so I ring again to be told another 20mins, so waiting outside at the pickup location in -4° late at night (now gone 11pm) he eventually shows up and told me my child will have to sit on my lap as he's picking up another 5 people! So I then asked how long will we have to wait for them... no no they're here he says ... but no as suspected we had to wait a further 10mins! Absolutely shocking service and experience. We will never book airport parking with them again !

Do not use this place, they take around an hour to one and half hours to take you and drop you off to the airport it just keep repeating they won’t be long. Also they charge for the shuttle service but the charge different amounts when I spoke to someone else on the bus that was charged they were charged more than me.

We booked Bristol Park and Ride through Compare Airport Parking for five weeks, and unfortunately the experience was extremely poor from start to finish.

When travelling to the car park, Waze took us to the end of its route, so we called the company for help. We were told to use Google Maps instead. We followed Google Maps, which then directed us through two fields along an extremely rough track. Our car was scraping underneath and our front bumper came approximately halfway off.

We called the company again and specifically explained that Google Maps was taking us through fields. We were sent a location pin and told, very rudely, to simply follow it. We explained the fields again, but were given no alternative route or assistance and the call was ended. Both calls were around a minute or less.

We eventually reached the car park and then had a long wait for the minibus. We arrived at Bristol Airport with virtually no time to spare before check-in and were extremely stressed that we would miss our flight.

On our return five weeks later, we waited more than 30 minutes for the minibus. When we eventually reached our car, the battery was completely flat.

While helping us start the car, an employee told my husband that he had driven our car earlier that morning. We would like to know why our car had been driven while we were away.

What was particularly concerning was how they then started our car: they used another customer’s car to jump-start ours and instructed my husband to sit in that customer’s car and operate the accelerator. We have photographs and video evidence of this.

Overall, this was an extremely stressful experience. Between the poor directions, damage to our car, lack of assistance, lengthy transfer waits and the way customer vehicles were handled, we would absolutely not use this company again.

Totally corrupt, they only have one bus and are at least 20 min away from the airport so could leave you waiting at least 45 min between transfers. They didn’t have enough space for our luggage, didn’t help at all, kept lying about how long the bus would be. Total shambles. If you catch them wrong it’s very feasible you could miss a flight.

So bad! Waited 40 minutes when dropping off car for transfer to our flight. Every one car was charged 17.00 for airport barrier which cost 8.50 so if 5 transfers at one time they made a right tidy profit!
Return-again waited 49 minutes even though I called upon landing.
Don’t speak English.
Car not waiting when we got back.
Just pay more and go elsewhere

Absolutely awful company!! Avoid!! Rang 30minutes before like the email said, arrived and was told bus would still be another half hour then had to do a 15minute taco break!! Finally left after waiting 50minutes after arriving. Had to pay £7 each (no idea what for) On the way back was even worse. Rang again when we landed to get collected. Was told would be half an hour. An hour and 20minutes they finally turned up! Rang 4 times in between and was told each time bus is only 5minutes away!!! Spoke to staff on the way back and was told “we’re just the coach driver so we can’t do anything about it”. Avoid at all cost!

Absolute shambles of a place. 1 star is too generous!!! Arrived at 4am, pitch black no lights on, handed my keys to a guy who pocketted several keys at the same time. Got charged £14 for drop off and pick up along with other passengers. Dropped at the multi storey and had to walk to the terminal.

Pick up was even worse! Landed at 5.30pm and we left waiting until 7.45pm to be picked up!! Its simply not good enough, they don't answer the phones, and speak poor English! A local airport company BROADFIELD PARK AND FLY (Highly recommend) dropped us to the destination to collect our cars!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. We had to wait over an hour to get collected, I rang the mobile given, 4 times and I was told driver would be with us in 5 minutes. An hour later still no pick up..I was then told the driver was on a break and would be with us soon. We finally got picked up with other disgruntled customers with no apology. Communication was poor, staff were rude. Will never use this company again. My advice is AVOID.

Awful experience - had to drive down a long bumpy dirt track then waited over 40mins for mini bus to pick us up to take to airport following £8.50 extra charge per person (each way) - waited over an hour for pick up after landing early hours & nobody would answer my call!!! Definitely NOT a proper or professional business (or legal)? Not to be trusted

Utter shit! Nobody turned up, ignored our calls, cost me a fortune in short stay ignored our complaints pisspoor service Pathetic company. Over due accounts and no phone number.

Avoid this so-called service. Please don't make the same mistake we did. You are better off paying to park at the airport or using an established and reputable park and ride service. Absolutely not worth the few quid we saved.
There is a hidden barrier fee of £17 which they don't tell you about until you book, your car will be damaged by the dusty pot holed track you have to go down to reach the farm - that's if you can even find it - and they'll ignore your phone calls to pick you up when you land or answer and put the phone down. We were left waiting three hours for a pick up after we landed in the early hours of the morning. Other families in a similar position.
I have reported this company to trading standards.

Car was collected and a bag of money for barrier was in car in total £23 for the £8:50 drop off money all missing. they removed dash cam cable in airport but tracker put car in a field. Not secure not safe. When they dropped car off they gave keys to my brother-in-law not me and walked away didn’t even ask who he was.

Shocking experience! Waited an hour to be picked up do not use

I booked parking via a comparison site, and immediately realised when invoiced it was the same company trading under a different name, that had left me stranded for 8 hours, denying they had my car and mobile numberl out of service. Eventually my companion recognised the guy who collected our car on way out, and refused to let him leave until took us to the car. The car was filthy parked over 25 miles away on a track lane, the engine management system was also tampered. I was promised a refund, I'm still waiting
On this occasion the invoice had different trading name to that on the website, aver numerous emails and calls they said no wasn't them, they were the agent. So I called the drop off number......strangely it was the same number, that was out of service last time.
I'm still awaiting a refund for both occasions. They are liars, don't wear a uniform. The van we got into in end, which he had collected from another party, he had to ask us where the handbrake was!
My bank are involved and I have also written to The TV shows, press etc.
Shame on you comparison sites for allowing these scammers to advertise on your websites

Don't touch this place with a barge pole.

The instructions are to phone 30mins before arrival, we attempted 4 times no answer.
We arrived and there were plenty of already Frustrated customers complaining that no one picks up the phone.
It was the start of the weather warning and there was no reception area, no shelter if the weather is hot or wet.
Another customer asked on arrival how long will I have eto wait and he was told 20-25mins. We were left for 50mins in blistering heat.
In the time we were on site I didn't encounter one happy customer.
There were hidden charges having gone through a price comparison site that are on the email stating there is a levy to pay £17.
I noticed there was an engine light and noticed on the taxi dashboard the digital screen said service required. One of the seat belts at the front up with the driver didn't work either.

On our return I got a call to say I was late when I wasn't and then we loaded our luggage onto the minibus and we're told to get on, only for the driver to miscount the number of seats, meaning my wife and youngest daughter had to stay at the airport for the next bus (which meant we were 40mins later leaving). No apology offered for the accusation of being late either.

Customer service is atrocious.
