Beware!! Totally fraudulent Bristol airport Parking solutions!!! As instructed for our booked ‘meet and greet’, we phoned when half an hour away from Bristol airport. After 10 minutes we finally got through to someone who told us their ‘parking services’ would phone us back. We never got a phone call back. We phoned 5 more times while parked in short stay… they never answered. We had to pay over £200 to stay in short stay since we had no other option at that point!

Had to wait half an hour to drop car, even though I had called half hr in advance. Left me little time for my internal flight. On way back, had to wait over 45minutes at the pick up point, having called them as soon as I landed. Maybe it's all the work going on on site at the airport. I dunno, but the service does not meet expectations, I'd have been better of paying for short stay.

Absolutely chaos for drop off. Definitely no "meet and greet".Nobody checked my booking. No uniformed drivers. No clear ID. Pointless pickup point at short stay carpark which is currently in total disarray. its not drop and go.
Collection was even worse. First they didn't answer my call. Then once I got through Ended up waiting 55 minutes for car to arrive. So an additional 50% on my return journey time. Atrocious!

Do not use this company. I booked a meet and greet car parking service for Bristol airport as was on a 6am flight. I received a text saying they are not able to longer able to provide this service due to airport restrictions but I could drive to a field 15 miles away from the airport leave my car there and there would be a courtesy bus to airport. I said no and they said they would refund my money. I chased after a week as hadn’t received my refund they emailed me to confirm it’s on its way. A month later and many phone calls and emails I still had t received my refund. Their customer services team even blocked my number. Don’t use this company unless you want stress.

This company is a joke shocking service my car is totally ruined it was left in a field with cows and horses I have sent 10 emails with no answers the driver literally ran off after dropping my car to me at the short stay Carpark Bristol Airport look at the reviews they really don’t care please believe all these negative feedback comments they are 100% true Bristol Airport must do something about this company they are using the airport name contact the Bristol Airport main office with your complaint hopefully they will ban this company also report your complaint to the Bristol Airport police and Bristol Airport county council and trading standards department DO NOT USE THIS PARKING COMPANY LOOK AT THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ITS NOT FAKE IT IS REAL

We booked this company specifically because the offered a meet and greet service and the car would be kept in a covered car park. Turns out the meet and greet is not in the usual drop off spot but quite a walk from the terminal. The car was obviously not kept at a covered location because the outside was filthy and even worse all the interior carpets were covered in mud (I hope) and straw. I emailed to complain and they offered a discount off my next parking and a valet voucher. I wouldn’t touch them again with a bargepole and the voucher never materialised

I phoned to ask to be picked up from Bristol airport, told 30 min wait. Phoned them 40 mins later, guy hung up on me. Phone again and told they could not pick me up, advised to get a taxi. I did and it was £42:00 from the airport to there field. You also have to pay £14:00 extra for them to enter and leave the airport.
I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE STRESSED!!

Absolutely the worst parking experience, which is almost impossible to screw up, but yet they did. Pickup was on time, but sketchy and not organized. A person asked for the key, told me to pay for the short term parking, and that was it. No paperwork received, no receipt, nothing. Then things got worse. Upon my return I called the company as soon as we landed, as they instructed, and was told, “sorry we cannot return your car to the airport. You need to take a taxi to our parking lot and pick it up there.” No explanation, just that they were having issues. £45 Taxi ride to the middle of nowhere, and 25 min in the opposite direction of the airport we found the field where apparently everyone else was told to go get their car. Keys were misplaced in storage boxes with no organization, some vehicles were not found. It was mayhem. Luckily, I found my vehicle and keys and got out of there. Many others were not so lucky and were left stranded. Shameless business model that could absolutely care less. There was no support staff ant the field. Just a driver who had no clue as to what to do and was left to sort the mess out. Avoid like the plague. They should be brought up on charges of fraud.

I booked and paid for a Meet and Greet service at Bristol Airport, specifically because I’m travelling with a baby and needed the convenience. Less than 24 hours before my flight, I received a casual text informing me that they had changed it to a Park and Ride service — something I never agreed to. To make matters worse, when I called to raise my concerns, a member of staff hung up on me mid-conversation. No apology, no attempt to help, just completely dismissive and rude behaviour. This has caused huge stress hours before my flight, with no regard for the impact on customers. I was left scrambling to find a solution with a baby in tow, thanks to their unprofessionalism and total lack of care. I’ll never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them. If this is how they treat paying customers, imagine what happens when something really goes wrong. Shocking service. Zero stars if I could.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Turned up late, car was filthy when received with scratches all over it. I collected my car in the middle of the night so did not see the full damage until the morning and they would not accept liability.

Terrible company, they scratched the side of my vehicle then claimed it was not them and becuase I did not have time stamped photo of the exact time the car was picked up, they are not willing to accept the time stamped photo I provided the next day. Keep in mind I picked up my car at 3am, when it was dark, how was I ever going to see a scratch? They stated "As per our Terms and Conditions, all damage claims must be supported by time-stamped photographic evidence taken at the point of handover at the airport" which is just outrageous as it was 3am and pitch black! Only putting this review now becasue it has taken them a month to reply!

My wife got to car on return as I use walking stick and was slower.
They walked away 4 of them as I got to car paid £7 for ticket .dark by now as we were delayed drove home back to wales,and in the morning notice damage to bumper hole in it,grass and muck on rear front foot wells.
Emailed them and gave name and registration they answered for me to send reference number done ,no answer after that,emails would not send,no sent messages could not get through phoned number and they gave me email said I can't get through.i phoned that number it was an India number .Big scam never use these.ps and 40 odd miles extra on clock.

I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. this company not only turned up 45 minutes late to collect my vehicle to the extent that I almost missed checkin and had to be escorted through the airport by the airline to ensure I got onboard. They also managed to damage my front bumper and despite making g a claim as per there procedure have not contacted me back. When I phone them to complain they tell me someone will contact me and end up putting the phone down on me. I urge you for your sake DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY

Two of the worst things you don't want happening with this service actually happened - we almost missed our flight because the driver was 50 minutes late collecting our car at Bristol Airport. Then when we arrived back a week later to collect it, they had damaged the front bumper.
I've raised a complaint, and almost a week later they've done nothing about it. Terrible service is an understatement - especially when I was repeatedly lied to that the driver was on his way to collect our car and was only 5 mins away - they said this numerous times which was 50 mins in the end.
Honestly don't be fooled by the cheaper rate they charge (they were £20 cheaper than those i normally book with). I'm now having to contact my insurance company regarding the damage, and all because I was trying to save £20...

AVOID AVOID AVOID - WE ARE ONLY TRYING TO HELP YOU ALL - 9th to 16th May 2025, also known as Platinum parking etc etc etc. We parked two cars, on collection the one had an extra 60 miles, the other 40 miles. The one car had a puncture, only because they had been using it, then punctured it, and drove it back to the Queensmead Farm compound, the tyre could not be repaired, the other car, an immaculate high end sports Hyundai had a bonus 60 miles plus heavy interior damage, we have all the evidence available. One of the head offices 0203 9292689 (I think it goes to an Indian call centre), can’t help. Krishna from the Queensmead Farm compound 07768 007904 has blocked us. We have no one to talk to. We are constantly posting on social media throughout the UK which will cover their other outlets, this may sound trivial to some, but they damaged both our cars, they don’t respond, they don’t have personalities, they are not sympathetic. You make your minds up, just trying to help you. We have now learned of plenty of other professional places to park. We paid £82.00, it’s not cheap, they can’t communicate with you, they are pathetic. The compound is shocking, I have many photos of your cars, it’s like your cars are being parked around a building site, waste and rubble surrounding your cars. I have given a review, I hope it helps many of you. Ignorant, unprofessional, thieves, scammers, useless. **19/5/25 they replied to my email - “we don’t accept liability for damage” the damage happened because they stole our property” ***Please avoid***
We are notifying trading standards today, we won’t ever stop, purely to protect others. PLEASE SUPPORT OUR FINDINGS.

I would never use this firm again. We were met by two disinterested, surly staff in the short stay carpark, leaving me rather concerned to entrust my car to them. Also hadn’t realised we would have such a long walk to the terminal building as my partner is disabled. On our return, some 3 weeks later, the interior of the car stank! An empty water bottle was rolling round the floor of the passenger footwell along with an empty disposable cigarette lighter. Later on our journey home in the early hours, I found a metal object with labelled Spice Grinder in the console. This was the main contributor to the dreadful smell! Thank goodness we weren’t stopped by the police!
In the daylight, I found both front seats badly water stained. Also there was a small dent and scratch on the boot lid/boot fastening. The radio had also been retuned to an unfamiliar station.

I feel both we and our car were treated with total disrespect and contempt. I would never use this firm again and advise others to avoid it too. It is also unclear re parking exit charges being on top of the fee, as others have said.

I would be glad to hear from the Bristol Airport Authority who granted the contract to this dubious company.

Worst experience of meet and great I have ever had
We called 25 minutes before arrival was told to go to short stay car park take a ticket and park and someone would be there to collect our car
We did this and occurred extra charges due to them taking so long to come and collect the vehicle (approx 1hr 20 mins from time of call to them turning up )
On return we called while collecting luggage approx 35 mins notice to say we were back and was told to make our way to car park where we dropped vehicle off when we got to the car park there was 3 other ppl awaiting there cars also from this company and was told they had been there over a hour
I made several calls to find out why our car was still not here 45 mins after we arrived at car park not including the 35 mins I have them while we collected luggage eventually they turned up didn’t even acknowledge us left key in car and walked off didn’t give us chance to check car
I don’t normally write bad reviews because I understand there can be issues but this company was a joke from beginning to end
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Beware you will have £14 to pay on top of the parking price, I also had 18 miles added to the car (photos available) and both the driver and passenger floors were covered in mud…. I also waited 55 min to have the car returned to me. I believe the car was used to ferry drivers back and forth, my biggest annoyance was no one has sat in the passenger’s seat since my wife died, it felt so disrespectful to use it and to leave it covered in mud. I have now sent 3 emails with no response….. shame on you.

Car has a massive scratch down the side of it, picked it up early hours of the morning, only noticed when the sun came up, literally goes down the whole passenger side of the car. Quite rude and abrupt when dropping and collecting the car. Definitely will be paying the extra money to park it within the airport as car had 40 miles put on it.
