If I could give them 0 I would, don't use them, I cancelled my booking 4 weeks ago and still haven't had a refund, when you call them, you get the same answer, we will refund you in a couple of days, when you try to escalate it to a manager, they put you on hold for 25 mins and then hang up on you, that has happened to me twice, have no choice but to believe the whole thing is a scam, I wish I'd looked at the reviews before I booked, never again

This is a scam company.
Everyone, stay away from this place.

Scam Alert - do not book with this person - cost me £63.94 - i even paid the additional £2 cancellation insurance. No communication. You have to pay the travel cost for someone to meet you and collect your vehicle. You may be waiting a long time to meet the shady character. And then your vehicle gets dumped on the side of the road somewhere for a week. AVOID AVOID AVOID

A1 Bristol Airport meet and greet.
Please don't use, our car was parked over a couple of venues as it showed on our toyota app. We phoned them to ask what was happening and the lady on the other end hung up. This made us very worried before we boarded our plane. We boarded our plane and used my partners phone and she answered again. We voiced our concerns and we were told they had several car parks and everything was fine.
On our return. We phoned from our baggage reclaim and was told the car would be returned in half hour. One and a half hours later we were still waiting along with several other people waiting for their cars. When our car finally arrived it was covered all over in mud as if it had been parked in a field and inside our car on the driver side was full of mud and grass.
Such a rude sevice and an unprofessional company. We will never use again!

It was very bad experience poor communication
Getting there-
Didnt answer phone.
Incorrect post code on booking. Sent correct one once they answered.
Long pothole riddled lane to stables.
Car park was muddy.
Was told driver needed a break. Waited 35 minutes.
Charged every car £10 each way gate fee. Only cost £14.

Arrived back in Bristol 22.35 they answered phone at 23.09 said be there 30 mins. Then called back to say he would be 10 minutes.

As the bus was over full we waited 45 minutes for a second vehicle to take luggage.
Car was parked too close for driver of the next car to get in.
Finally got out got out of there 00.15.
The whole experience was a nightmare

Please do NOT use this company. A dreadful experience from a group that have no thought for putting the customer's needs and wishes first. A company that has 1 mini bus ( and if the driver 'is on a break' as we were told, then the customer can wait. Yes - we contacted them on landing at just after 10pm, we actually left the airport at midnight. By the way, they took forever to answer the phone, and having contacted them several times to enquire where the shuttle was, we were told 10 minutes. Not impressed as we were waiting in a dark, wet carpark.
We were charged an additional £17 - barrier fees when we checked in - others were charged differing amount, but what a con.
There was no apology for this poor service and many of the group had upwards of a 2 hour drive home.
I will NEVER book with this company again, they really do not deliver the service one expects.

Fraud company , Dont waste time or money. No actual parking as police had shut the parking . I keep calling for a refund and they keep saying refunds on the way even after 1 month. Would not recommend at all . Horrible customer service.

I made my booking on 22 July 2026 and cancelled it on 25 July 2026 because my plans changed. I paid for the cancellation option and expected my refund to be processed.
Unfortunately, I am still waiting for my refund.
I have contacted customer service by phone and email several times, but the customer service has been very poor. I have not received a clear explanation or a definite date for when my money will be returned.
I have been patient, but this has gone on for far too long. When a customer cancels a booking according to the terms, they should not have to repeatedly chase the company to get their money back.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Pleaseee!!!!! DO NOT BOOK with this company.
We arrived on time at the airport giving ourselves 2.5h to drop the car and the checked in luggage. This company was an hour late putting us in a very difficult and stressful situation despite us calling them 45min before arriving. Their customer service is ridiculous- some indian girl that doesn’t talk just repeats that the driver will be with you in 5-7 minutes on repeat even though she said the same thing 20 minutes ago. The driver arrived laughing for some reason and looked high, not sure if he was just enjoyed watching us being stressed.

The picking up the car was even worse, we waited almost 2h with a 3 year old at 2am on a freezing rainy night. Again they don’t pick up the phone, our flight was on time, we let them know as soon as we landed and still enden up waiting, but the worse part is that they don’t even talk to you so you wait but you don’t even know what you’re waiting for, we genuinely considered calling the police as we were absolutely left to wonder what/where exactly is our car…save your time and please don’t book!!

AVOID AT ALL COST! Booked & Paid cancellation cover on 3rd Sep. I cancelled day after booking, they insisted on knowing why and kept asking, said I’d hear back in 48hrs, nothing! Contacted them again, same reply, now saying 24hrs, then same day. No apology for the delay and still no refund!! Terrible service, should have read reviews before booking :(

Muddy car and 152 extra miles added on the clock. Avoid at all cost

Extra entry and exit gate charges were not disclosed at the time of booking. We had to wait 50 minutes for pickup. The phone number provided went to an answering service. Will NOT be booking with this company again!

I booked an parking slot only to be told 40 mins before arrival that is not available anymore, i have not received an e-mail regarding this canellation and my refund has also not been received, rude customer service, avoid this company at all cost !

I would rate zero if there was an option.
My 18 year old daughter used A1 meet and greet recently at Bristol airport. She has a black box which she told them each time she spoke to them.
There were 13 speeding offenses in two ten minute jouneys, resulting in her having a problem with her insurance company. She had to get a hotel room at 2.30am due to not being able to speak to her insurance company until the morning.

Along with other issues of them driving it at incorrect times and returning the car at 2.30am when it was meant to be 1am
and they knew she was waiting we are disgusted.

We were given a complaints email
that bounced back, (inbox
probably full!) and tried another one which we have been met with radio silence. The telephone number on the website does not go through.

Avoid with all costs! If they drive cars with black boxes like this, how are they driving ones without. We will be forwarding speeding offences from insurance company to the police.

Do not use these cowboys, booked parking at Bristol before I read the many very bad experiences, cancelled the agreement was told a refund would be applied,6 weeks later still no refund, tried over the phone and they hang up as soon as I mention the refund.a real bad lot ,do not I repeat do not trust these ,.

Wouldn’t even give them one star. I cancelled booked and was advised would get refund in 2-3 weeks, over 4 weeks later, still no refund. No reply to email and unable to reach anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM, THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I booked parking with A1 Parking and, unfortunately, made the mistake of not checking the reviews beforehand.

After reading the reviews, I decided to cancel and request a refund. This was agreed, with a 10% deduction in line with their cancellation policy. While I wasn’t particularly happy about losing 10%, I accepted it as part of their terms.

However, three weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund.u

I’ve tried contacting them by email and telephone, but they simply do not respond. No explanation, no update and, most importantly, no refund despite confirming that one would be issued.

The customer service has been absolutely atrocious. Based on my experience, my advice is very simple: do not use this company.

I certainly wish I’d checked the reviews before booking.

Zero stars. Unfortunately the service I received was very shocking. I booked with this company for Bristol airport, for the last week of August 2026. There was very poor communication when collecting my vehicle, that we very nearly missed our flight, even though we arrived in good time. Upon arriving back I was told 40 minutes initially. Then I had a message from them saying “don’t leave the terminal someone will contact you” over an hour later & no contact, I tried serval times to call them. Eventually I had a screenshotted message from the drive stating the car has a flat battery let customer know. Eventually someone answered the phone & told me they were sorting wires (I assume they meant jump leads) I’ve never had an issue with the battery before & the car is relatively new. 2 hours after we landed the car arrived, covered in mud. A man handed me my key & before I could even put my suitcase down he disappeared. I noticed a back window was down & the backseats were wet from rain. I started the car & instantly realised the clutch was not right, I hoped it was just stiff from being parked up but that wasn’t the case. We made it less than 2 miles out from the airport when the clutch failed completely. It was at this point I noticed the handbrake was over stretched & wouldn’t hold on the hill we broke down on, right after a blind bend so I sat with my foot on the brake for an hour waiting for a tow truck to haul us back to Cornwall at the cost of £800. My car is due in the garage this week so looking forward to finding out how much more this company has cost me. After phoning the company to report these issue all they said was we will send a complaint form. I filled this in & have had one email back asking for mechanical reports/invoices etc so I will be forwarding these on in due course. I have never left a review before but I felt people looking to use this company should be fore warned.
