Bonvila Arvostelua 

Turkish breakfast - delicious food, great choice, well packaged and delivered very quickly.

Their delivery service DHL pretended that we refused delivery on Friday and pushed delivery to Monday with many perishable items. We contacted bonvila through their WhatsApp and no one responded. This used to be a great service sadly deterioating with many items out of stock

Unfortunately my delivery dropped in shed (where we put the bins in) and it was very hot that day and we had to drop everyhting in bin:(I lost my 80 gbp and all my foods

Selection is great, food quality is good but the delivery turned up in bad shape.
The baklava was all broken, all in bits and was smashed everywhere all over the box.
The Kofte (lamb) was smelling maybe because it wasnt in the fridge and the weather is warm, the Icli kofte were all broken.
The simit was at the bottom of the box and all flat.
Manta was nice, lahmacun was nice, all the ayran and pepper paste etc were great.

Used to be their customer for long. Never again. Rotten fruit, items to be kept cold or frozen arrived warm.
No response from customer service.

Fast delivery

A good range of products including things that aren’t often available at a supermarket. The orders are always carefully packed and the service is always prompt.

I bought tursu it was very very hot and they did notmentioned. I wrote them no body replied

Delivery was on time and whenever I have questions they are always available. Highly recommended to everyone.

The fresh yufka was not fresh, soft and supple unfortunately and it was dry and tearing already when it came out of the pack

Food arrives fresh and chilled good quality fresh food but a little bit expensive

They have sent different cheese than the displayed picture. Also best before date was so close. That cheese was the reason for my shopping from them. No customer service. You cannot reach, when you do they just do not care and informal. I will never shop again.

Always feel I get the personal touch and find the staff more friends than middle men.Nice to be able to obtain the things I enjoy in Turkey.Very sympathetic to the current situation in Turkey as we have many friends in the earthquake affected areas.

Great customer service! They are accessible and very helpful. Quick delivery. The products are fresh and well-packed (not close to end of use date).

The prices are ridiculously high. I won't be shopping from Bonvilla anymore
