I have been regularly buying from Tastesmiths for several years.
The kits are very good quality with great instructions.
They are far better than bottled sauces, and have no hidden ingredients. We used to enjoy take away curry, but now we prefer these by far, they are extremely tasty and not full of fat, sugar and salt.

Really sad to receive such poor service from a company I thought I could trust.
Just to update this. Following the response from you I have had no further communication. I have written a polite e-mail three days later, on the 26th I think, and again on the 29th. I would simply note it is now 30 days since I placed my order. I would politely request that this is looked into please. I shall return to writing my polite e-mails every day in the meantime.

I placed an order with Tastesmiths on 30th May. It is now 20th June. I have, very politely, enquired about my order on I believe at least six occasions in this period of time. I have been replied to twice. I have left my full contact address twice. There has been no further development. Every day, I write another brief e-mail to hello@tastesmiths but, alas, with a sinking heart as it appears a forlorn hope. If Tastesmiths customer service, you deign to read this missive, my order number is #323876.
