First of all, we would like to state that we evaluate all feedback submitted to us with great care. We sincerely thank you for your comments; every piece of feedback guides us and provides valuable information that helps us deliver higher-quality service.
We have completed our review of the matter. Above all, we sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced with DHL. The review process was prolonged because the WhatsApp correspondence regarding your complaint had been deleted due to the "disappearing messages" feature being active, and retrieving these messages was necessary for a proper analysis.
Additionally, a need for further verification arose because you did not wish to inspect the *kaşar* cheese and *pastırma* contained in the refrigerated package. Furthermore, although DHL's systems did not indicate a delivery delay exceeding 48 hours, additional verification was required because the times and dates you provided did not align with the DHL timestamps in our records. It also appears that the verification process initiated with DHL as part of the review has not yet been completed. Since the shipment details you shared did not include a DHL tracking number and we could not confirm that the shipment belonged to you, we have requested written confirmation of this information from DHL. You may obtain further details regarding this matter from our customer service department.

I had never used an online food delivery service before, so I was initially apprehensive. After seeing Bonvila recommended in a recent recipe book purchase, I decided to give them a try. The customer service, product quality, packaging, and delivery speed were all outstanding. I'm looking forward to trying out several of the recipes soon. Excellent customer service
I put an order with Bonvila earlier this week. Unfortunately there was an issue with the courier that caused the delivery to be delayed. I was going to be away the next scheduled delivery day and as I had ordered dairy products and the weather is hot, I emailed them to voice my concerns around the products going bad.
They were quick to respond and in a friendly and professional manner on email and WhatsApp. Once the delivery was made and it became apparent that the products could be risky to consume, they quickly arranged a replacement.
The staff who messaged me on WhatsApp kept me updated through out and was always courteous and made the whole process was stress-free.
Thank you Bonvila for the amazing customer service you provided. And the products are great too.

I have sent a complaint 2 emails to…
I have sent a complaint 2 emails to the help Bonvilla email address complaining that the order I received on Friday was not the order I placed. I ordered 6 boxes of 6 soaps a total if 36 blocks . I received 24 sing hole boxes blocks which us 12 blocks short . I have ordered this product previously and been happy but this order is incomplete and I want this complaint to be addressed asap

It appears you placed an order for "Dalan Antique Pure Olive Oil and Lavender Soap - 1 unit" (a 4-pack). Please note that the product is not a 6-pack as you assumed; the item added to your cart is a 4-pack consisting of four bars (150g each, totaling 600g).
Furthermore:
Our records indicate that an attempt was made to contact you regarding your order on Thursday, July 2, 2026, but we were unable to reach you by phone. It is also recorded that you sent an email on July 3, 2026, at 19:14; the necessary checks were performed, and a reply was sent to you at 21:34. The records confirm that the purchased product is a pack containing four bars (150g each, totaling 600g) and that a total of 24 bars of the same soap (six 4-packs) were shipped to fulfill the order.
Since you had approved the shipment of equivalent products when placing your order and we were unable to reach you to discuss the order details, the products were shipped as individual bars. Otherwise, the order would have been cancelled.
When the order details are evaluated alongside the weight and quantity information recorded in the system, it is evident that there are no shortages or discrepancies regarding the shipment. We strongly urge you to double-check your order and invoice regarding this matter.
