I thought I was getting a 40 oz insulated Stanley cup for $9.99, wrong. What I got was nothing but extra charges debited out of my account in the amounts of $16.25 and $20.95 along with the $9.99 all in 1 minute. Binderoutlet.com also tried to debit my account for $63.70 a few days later without my permission or consent. After requesting all monies be refunded and whatever order was in my name be canceled I received an email stating I would be receiving a refund. I did get the $9.99 refunded so now I want to know where my $16.25 and $20.95 refunds are. As far as I'm concerned this place is a scam and only takes your money.

I feel I was railroaded I was at walmart.com and trying to get an exclusive deal on a laptop only had to pay $9.99 and then all of a sudden you came in and took my money but my experience as you're telling me you're going to give it back ASAP is a good one I'm hoping that you stay true to your word and give me my money back
