I made 2 orders the first order has taken a month and never shipped. The second was cancled without notifying me. Ive had to cancle the order and have my credits refunded so i could reorder because the money i paid is non refundable. Im very unsatisfied.

This is definitely a scam they tell you they’re returning your money and if you can write a good review and they keep taking money every few days scam! Don’t write a good review immediately call your bank and put a stop to these scammers! Never ordering off Snapchat again

Don't trust this company! I don't know how they got my banking information and took money out of my account. After several emails I was told if I leave a nice review and send to them I'll be refunded. I did just to get refunded but it took awhile and then after I received my money back they were Still trying to get more money. I blocked them and reported them. Do not trust this company at all! Block them now!

This app keeps pulling money out my account I called to cancel my subscription and it charged me 24$ more

Great customer service, i was able to figure everything out right after the call.

Did something I wasn’t understanding so I wanted a refund and they quickly got on top of the sistuation.

i was subscribed to this and charged twice for a subscrition i didnt want or know about. i was subscribe to this under a the guise of a sale on other goods from walmart.

They took my money refused to refund and never shipped my dog kennel. These people scam and refuse give money back.said give credits but no link to go and do the credits. They took money out my account twice and then charge for a membership I didn't sign up for.

The customer service is quick to help, I thank them for their help coming to a solution for my problem. Kudos to them.

Well this company I’ve never heard of takes unauthorized money from my account twice within 5 min. Then responds to my email when I contacted them about the unauthorized transactions; stating they will reimburse me then funds if I would leave them a good review on this site. 🤣 I don’t fkn think so. You want a review you just got my review yall are low life no good company doing this shit to people. So there’s your review Emily from the escalation team

My small child accidentally did a charge on my account and I wrote them a email and they got back with me quickly and was great. They refunded me the charge to the account.
