I contacted Bytesaler.com after noticing on my credit card 3 charges that I didn't recognize. After contacting the company they said that a digital gift card was purchased and a subscription was the other 2 charges. Jamal from the Escalation Team responded quickly via email stating that he approved the refund of these charges. I was very pleased on how quickly my situation was taken care of so thank you very much.

Charged me $29 and I received nothing from company. A huge scam. I then received an email saying if I rate them 5 stars they will take away the charges.
