BBX are an essential partner for my business.
I have been with BBX for nearly five years now, and they are a trusted partner for my business.
I use BBX to pay for business essentials such as accountancy, legal, GDPR advice, etc.
But I also use BBX to fund things I would otherwise find difficult to justify out of cash flow, particularly exhibition attendance which has proved to be fundamental in building my business.

The same as everyone else who has…
The same as everyone else who has warned against joining. I have repeatedly told the company that I want to leave because I need to retire on health grounds. I have found no benefit from being a member and I certainly do not want to take on any further work. They refuse to close my account and continue to take cash from me every month, whilst insisting that I owe them over 2k. There does not seem to be any complaints procedure. I have made it very clear for several months that I want to close the account but they keep harassing me to take on more work. For what? Bbx pounds that I have no interest in spending.

Elizabeth, we’re genuinely sorry to hear about your health situation and your intention to retire. We do understand that circumstances change, and we always try to handle these matters sensitively and fairly.
BBX operates as a business-to-business trading network. When members trade, they receive value from other businesses within the community, and those transactions are recorded within their account. Where an account has an outstanding balance, this relates to goods and service that have been purchased through the network, rather than simply membership fees.
As with any trading platform, accounts cannot be closed while there is an outstanding balance owed to the community. This is to ensure fairness to all other member businesses who have supplied goods or services in good faith.
We certainly do not wish for you to feel harassed, and that has never been our intention. Our team has been attempting to work with you to find a practical and manageable solution so the account can be resolved properly.
We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to agree a fair way forward. Please contact us at head office so we can review this together.

BBX Dental Concepts in Hampshire are exceptional
We have been a member of BBX for many years and provided lots of print to members. This has enabled us to get private dental treatment from Dental Concepts in Hampshire. We drove 3 hours to get treatment happily as my experience with root-canal treatment has been horrendous. It seems that there must be an NHS restriction on the amount of anesthetic one can have, as I have always experienced pain ... not so with BBX Dental Concepts, apart from the initial injection, I had no pain whatsoever. Their equipment was the highest technology and mapped my whole jaw for the later implant stage.

This is has been brilliant for my business. I never joined thinking that I would be getting 'cash' clients but see this as a way of making sure that my last minute stock is not going to waste. the BBX £'s can be spent with a a variety of suppliers, in the past I have used for IT support, graphic design, magazine advertising, champagne. The best use has been for stands at Trade Exhibitions which has then given me access to cash paying clients.
My account manager Tamarin is always so helpful and we have build a fabulous relationship.
