Baturina Homewear Arvostelua 

Excellent service from Baturina Homewear! I have had my pyjamas for about three months now, and they are so comfy. I will definitely be back again.

I ordered a dressing gown as a gift (quite an expensive one, but the pictures on the website looked exactly what I was searching for.)

The dressing gown has now arrived and we are happy with the quality.

The only reason I have not scored Baturina higher is that the customer service could be improved. There was a significant delay to the delivery of my order, no doubt caused by my ordering over the Christmas period and potential delays due to COVID-19.) This is understandable, however Baturina were not at all proactive in updating me about the delivery status. Instead I had to email twice before getting a response when the item was two weeks late, and then again when the item once again failed to turn up on the revised delivery date.

As this was a reasonably expensive item ordered from a company I had not used again, this made me a little nervous, although (as above) it has now arrived. If they had emailed me once they had known of the delays, this would have put my mind at rest and made me trust the company more.

Another point worth making for UK customers, which is beyond the control of Baturina, is that you will be charged a hefty VAT cost when the item reaches the UK. I think it is better that this is made totally clear to people when placing the order as it is an additional 20% on top of the cost of the original item.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice sowohl via Chat als auch Email als auch Telefon. Gemeldet hat Mann sich dort nur einem etwas verschlafenen "ja?" und dann darauf verwiesen eine Email zu schreiben.

Ware (Hausmantel) ist bei weitem den Preis NICHT wert! Schiefe Nähte, gezogene Fäden und dünnste Stoffe...
Mit Fotos belegte Reklamationen in Sachen Qualität der Fertigung werden schnippisch vom Tisch gewischt mit Aussagen wie "ich kann keinen Defekt erkennen".

Portokosten unverschämt (13 Euro, warum Express?), da keine Anerkenntnis der Mängel nur Widerruf möglich und somit dürfen auch die Rücksendekosten selbst getragen werden.

Fazit: außer Ausgaben nix gewesen! Hoffentlich wird wenigstens der Kaufpreis zeitnah zurückerstattet.

Kann jedem nur davon abraten dort zu bestellen.

The smoking jacket I bought is a masterpiece. The quality of the fabric, the fit, the initials I asked to be embroidered on the front pocket, the packaging, everything was absolutely perfect!

My dressing gown is perfect! I've wanted one of Baturina's designs for months and hesitated because I'm a woman and wasn't sure their men's design would fit, but I got in touch and they were able to make a custom version that works very well with my short and curvy measurements. The quality is fabulous, the dressing gown looks incredible and I may never take it off!

Lange Wartezeit, schleppende Kommunikation. Es wird minderwertige Ware geliefert: Ziehfäden nach kürzester Zeit, am Saum fasert das Material aus. Der Morgenrock ist nach knapp 10 Monaten ein Fall für die Altkleidersammlung. Baturina reagiert nicht auf Reklamation. Fazit: 325€ Lehrgeld.

I am impressed and delighted by the consistency of the quality of my order. The design and styling of each garment is superb, the fabrics are stunning and the cut and finish could not be bettered. I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Terrible company -I received a garment with an iron burn damage at the shoulder and clicked silk. I immediately asked for a return, but the indication was I had to pay to send it back. When I challenged this they asked for photos whilst I was on summer holiday (without the garment) - I sent the photos when I returned and they then said I was out of time to return (not true). I challenged this as it is defective, they are now ignoring me, and I have no replacement.

I'm actually on my 5th one ,habit forming, the finest craftsmanship along with materials & style, there is nothing here in the U.S.A. that compares to this European luxury, each time I wear on I feel like a million dollars, I'm a bodybuilder & the fit is perfect, I plan to order more!

I found a YouTube video that reviewed a smoking jacket from Baturina Homewear and was instantly fascinated. I love such things and almost immediately went to their website. I chose the option to design my own and provided my own measurements. Now, due to Covid issues the wait time was greatly extended - over three months. However, once I received it that wait time was completely worth it. The materials, craftsmanship, and final product are absolutely stunning. The silk material has a glossy sheen that is amazing. I could not be happier.

But too expansive, than i found this site.
Looks fantastic in pic, so i order to see in real. I work with cloths the last 30-years and have some experiance.
I open the box and wow! Its very Nice and well Done. I order made to measure and it fits perfekt!

Bought two dressing gowns from them, both are extremely comfortable and high quality; aside from a slight delay on the first one (due to COVID, can't reasonably blame them for that) I have had no issues at all. In my case, they used DHL for delivery, which allowed me to change the delivery address so I did not have to reschedule delivery; very much appreciated.

I was hesitant to make a purchase decision until I saw the sale items. The item arrived quickly, and it looked like the product picture from afar. The overall look and materials are good, but I was disappointed to discover that the sleeves were massed up making the gown look weird up close and uncomfortable to wear. I am not sure if it is an unusual mistake that rarely happens, but it should be very easy to spot. And my gown was 50% off, maybe the quality control was therefore compromised. However, if half the price means half the quality, I'd rather buy a full priced item.

I ordered on the website a custom designed robe. I was told 4-5 weeks for construction. I sent several emails asking for updates after 10 weeks and was told to be patient due to "Covid" delays.

After 15 weeks I demanded an update or a refund and was promised it would be shipped that day.

4 days later they admitted that they never had the fabric. They offered to allow me to pick a new fabric or a refund, no discount, no making it right for waisting months of my time, just cancel the order or pick a new fabric and wait some more.

This was a scam. I made these guys a short term loan only for them to lie to me.

Angegebene Lieferzeit von 3-4 Wochen wurde nicht eingehalten, keine Information. Nach 6 Wochen habe ich per E-Mail nachgefragt, habe nie eine Antwort bekommen. Erst als ich PayPal eingeschaltet habe, hat der Verkäufer reagiert und den Artikel geschickt, jedoch musste ich trotzdem 15 Euro für Expresslieferung zahlen, nach 7 Wochen. Der Verkäufer reagierte jedoch nicht, keine Entschuldigung. So einen absolut schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt und kann jedem nur dringend davon abraten!

Nie wieder Ich habe auf meine Ware 5 Monate bei Vorkasse gewartet Ich bin nicht informiert worden dass sich meine Bestellung verspäteten wird 2 Mails habe ich geschrieben um Nachzufragen. Die Ware verspätete sich 2 Mal ohne dass ich Benachrichtigt wurde und dies bei einem so hohen Warenwert ich schreibe dies um auf jeden Fall von einem Ich warte immer noch. auf den Morgenmantel und hoffe dieser wird wie angekündigt im Juli nicht geliefert werden Ansonsten werde ich andere Schritte unternehmen über die Qualität kann ich. noch nichts sagen ich hoffe diese ist wie versprochen
