Ein schöner Hausmantel. Ich bin sehr froh, ihn erworben zu haben. Tolle Qualität. Andere Artikel werde ich sicher nicht bestellen. Die Lieferzeiten sind unterirdisch: im April bestellt, angekündigt für Mai, dann auf Nachfrage Juli, im September schließlich storniert, einen Tag später Information, daß das Paket auf dem Weg ist. So kann man m. E. mit Kunden nicht umgehen.

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered a smoking jacket as a gift for my boyfriend back in May, and was given an estimated delivery date in June- then when it didn't arrive I emailed and got a NEW estimated delivery in July. It still never arrived and I went back and forth via email to get a refund back, and they said they would process that and get the money refunded.

The last email I sent was on July 22nd, and I'm writing this on September 12th STILL with no refund. Beyond pissed.

Do NOT buy anything from this company.

Edit: The reply says that they issued the refund back in July, but after this reply I recieved an email with the refund reciept marking the date of the refund on September 13th, 2024. Take that as you will.

I am very satisfied with my purchase! The fabric is of great quality and the fit is very classy. You just have to be a little patient, because orders arrive with a minimum lead time of 1? months. So it's important to think ahead when buying a gift!

Placed an order on the 5th June it’s now 10th September and my order still hasn’t been received.

They told me they have shipped it and that’s all I’ve heard back. No shipping or tracking number has been given and there typical response is “we’re very busy”

Over 3 months for a dressing gown … and still haven’t received it yet.

Just like multiple reviews below re delays; I ordered a gown in April 2024 and still have not received it. They are not returning my emails. Order at your own risk.

Die Bestellung wurde in Dezember 2023 gemacht und bezahlt. Der Mantel ist nie angekommen. Jetzt ist September 2024. Ich bekam nur leere Versprechungen per Mails. Die Ware hätte endlich am am 18. Juni 2024 kommen sollen. Keine Lieferung. Ich bin enttäuscht.

I’ll just add myself to this list in the hopes Baturina Homewear sees this. I ordered a custom dressing gown on February 10th, 2024. I promptly received a confirmation of my order with an April 2024 delivery window, and have never heard anything else since the initial confirmation email. It’s now almost September 2024. Also, I have never received a response on any of my messages to their customer service asking for a status update. It’s a shame because their products look incredible. Baturina Homewear, I am patiently waiting for my custom dressing gown! I know good things take time, please make me a believer in your company, Thank you!!

Edit: Within 48 hours of posting this review, Baturina got in touch with me via email, relayed their apologies for being overwhelmed, and told me my delivery date will be September 16-17th. Fingers crossed! I will update my review when product arrives.

Edit 2: I received my dressing gown on September 16th! It is worth every penny and beautifully made. I have never purchased a finer piece of clothing. Thank you BATURINA!!!
Rating updated to 4 stars in light of the stunning quality. Only missing the 1 star due to the lengthy, low information ordering process. BUT, they did come through in the end.

Baturnia home wear-Are truly above & beyond anything I’ve seen & owned-my Emerald Green velvet smoking jacket,is the most beautiful gorgeous piece of clothing I own-hands down-there a small shop in Hamburg Germany & the pictures on there website don’t do there products justice-you really have to own it & put it on & see it for yourself-there high end level attention to detail & craftsmanship-is beyond words-The fit & finish on my smoking jacket is the ultimate in Regal high end Opulence Ultra Luxuriously meticulous hand crafted-I look & feel more regal & opulent than English or any Royalty-the wait time is 4-8 weeks even longer mine was 4.5 months-there so busy with orders they had to hire more people to help with there work loads just to keep up with production demand-Believe me when I say this-yes the wait can be very long-but it’s all well worth it-I rate there products 12 out of 10-yes higher than perfect-that’s my true honest real opinion on how I feel-& my Smoking jacket pairs perfectly with my several pairs of silk pajamas & green suede slippers, for my everyday day lounge wear at home & I’ll wear in public-& fits my Retired very laid back pipe smoking life style-Baturina is the ultimate in high end ultra opulence of regal Luxurious home wear-Thanks Michael from Texas U.S.A.

Note: I have deleted an original review that I wrote that expressed deep frustration at the lack of response from this company. This was regarding an order from 1/07/24, that didn’t arrive during the stated delivery window, with absolutely no response to my repeated inquiries (as others state below). Only after posting on this website did I receive a response!

However, my robe arrived on 8/08/24. It is a stunningly beautiful piece of custom craftsmanship. Truly perfect in material, detail, fit, and quality. I love it. The garment easily ranks a 5, but the company’s candor about their timing / delays has to rank a 1. My combined rank is a 4, which obviously gives greater weight to this amazing robe (which arrived many months beyond the stated date, and no follow-up delivery details were ever provided).

I was pleased by the reviews that others also had to wait a very long time, as it doesn't seem to be a scam.
I ordered at the end of November and only received my coat at the end of July, but the wait was definitely worth it!

I placed an order for a gift for my fiancé on February 14th with an expected delivery date of April 8th-April 19th. We're married now and still no robe.

No delivery. I followed up on April 22nd and got an updated delivery date of May 17-20th. I checked their website for new orders and the projected delivery date for brand new orders was also May 17th-20th. Odd.

Again no delivery. I followed up again on May 23th when I received no shipment and got another updated delivery date of June 22nd-24th. I got married end of June so I forgot to follow up until July 26th at which point I requested a full refund. I have not heard back from them yet. I am baffled. I want either a robe or my $323 refunded.

***UPDATE***
Baturina got in touch with me explaining that the fabric I had originally ordered in February was out of stock: "Your custom smoking jacket has been in the works for a long time, but we had to olive green velvet [sic] as we ran out. Unfortunately, the delivery took a long time and it turned out that the fabric rolls had major defects. Therefore, we had to send it back to the factory and are waiting for a subsequent delivery of this color." Baturina offered to make the smoking jacket in emerald green to be delivered earlier than waiting for the olive green fabric.

I requested a refund which they promptly responded to via email on August 9th, however, the refund has not yet appeared on my Visa account as of August 14th. I will update my review once my refund has gone through.

Truly extraordinary quality

I ordered two dressing gowns as a marriage present for my husband - and they arrived just in time for the wedding. They were both extraordinarily well-made - they look beautiful, feel delicious to wear and make you feel magnificent. Baturina's customer service can be a little a slow, but are wildly well worth the wait. Would highly recommend.

I ordered and returned several smoking jackets from other companies, because their sizing did not fit as advertised. This was the only company I could find that would do custom sizing. The smoking jacket (and hat!) I ordered are absolutely GORGEOUS and luxury quality. Heavy, high-quality fabric that feels amazing, beautiful embellishments, all around well-made. Most important, it fits exactly as I ordered. 100% worth the price and no regrets despite what I've written below...

Customer Service: 2 stars, which is being overly generous tbh
I ordered in January 2024 and it said to expect it late March 2024. I'm happy to wait for a quality, custom-made product! However, March came and went, and I emailed customer service several times asking for an update. I received an automated response saying they'll get back to me, but never did. All I wanted was someone telling me what was going on and what to expect, even if it would be months delay again. It was only in July 2024 once I said I would report them for fraud without an update that I received immediate response saying it was being shipped that week. Weird. Again, I didn't mind waiting, as long as I had reassurance I would actually receive it someday, and I shouldn't have had to threaten them to get a response.

Habe am 23.4. einen Hausmantel bestellt. Lieferzeit 2-3 Wochen. Auch nach 4 Wochen kam noch nichts, also habe ich eine E-Mail geschrieben. Antwort: bis spätestens 12.7. habe ich das Produkt.
Auch am 12.7. noch keine Lieferung.
Nochmal eine E-mail geschrieben, dass ich vom Kaufvertrag zurücktrete und das Geld zurück haben möchte (wurde unmittelbar nach der Bestellung abgebucht). 2 Wochen lang habe ich keine Antwort bekommen.
Also ist heute (29.7.) die erste Mahnung raus gegangen.
Telefonisch sind sie natürlich auch nicht erreichbar.
Einfach nur unfassbar schlecht.

This is an addendum to my earlier one star review due to poor communication and long delay.

I received my order of robes and cap. I was astounded with the detailed workmanship, rich fabric, and gorgeous looks. In a word, they are magnificent. I am very happy. 5 stars on the products.

The only reason for four not five is the delay. My advice to purchasers is to ask in advance for a realistic delivery date.

You will not be sorry you ordered from Baturina, their products are gorgeous.

I placed an order for 1 robe on May 25 which said a production time of 14 days, so I checked in on June 25, and they said "Your order will be shipped by the end of the week"

It's now July 21, no tracking number, no product, and no responses despite 3 more emails I've sent their customer service team and no updates at all.

It's sad that such "luxury" product which of course I won't know the quality of, comes with horrible below McDonalds level customer service. A luxury product should not come with garbage service, let alone while advertising 14 day production time and a "bespoke service".

Expect little/no communication and false statements regarding production and shipping times. I will be initiating a chargeback today as I haven't received any updates or responses for over a month and haven't received my product after 2 months of waiting.

Really bad service, I would recommend avoiding.

So I placed this order a while ago, so being completely custom and handmade I expected some wait, with this being said I feel like there could have been a little bit better communication with delays, with that being said though I am more than happy with this robe! I will definitely be ordering again, was absolutely worth the wait!

I ordered a smoking jacket and hat March 1, 2024. When I hadn't received it after two months, on April 30, I emailed Baturia Homewear and received a reply that read in part "Please note that we are currently experiencing a higher volume of emails than usual, and it may take us a little longer to respond. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to address all inquiries, and we aim to get back to you within 1-2 business days." They never got back to me. I've sent other emails and have had no response. I called their phone number and all I got was a recorded message that said all contact had to be through email. I doubt I will ever receive what I ordered and paid for.

Well, I finally received the smoking jacket and hat that I ordered. It arrived July 29. It took quite a long time. However, the jacket is beautiful and the hat adds a nice touch. The quality of the workmanship is superb. The company just needs to work on its customer service.

I ordered my dressing gown in February 2024 & told it would be delivered in April, then May, then June & then July, it arrived last week.
It is absolutely stunning and worth the £250.00 & £45.00 import tax. It is magnificent well worth the 3 month delay and numerous emailed. The workmanship & quality is outstanding.
I would have given a full 5 score if it was not for the three month delay & lack of communication.
If you had said at the first delay it would be another 90 days I would have not been as as frustrated.
