Battery depreciates quicker than original manufactured one
It's Okay. Battery depreciation is quicker
, " near end of life....", than original manufactured ones.
But if it gives another year or more for laptop usage - then it is worth it,
than purchasing the original pricier ones.

Good product, good experience.
I ordered a battery for my aging Toshiba laptop which, after twelve years of use was only capable of holding maybe half a dozen electrons in the battery for about five minutes. Ordering the replacement was simple there were clear instructions about correctly identifying which product variant I needed to ensure compatibility, plus I had the option of a larger capacity pack, cleverly designed for an unobtrusive installation.
Delivery was commendably rapid.
Can't really comment on the quality of installation instructions: in my case installation was minimal - just remove the old pack and click the new one into place.
Cosmetically the battery looked fine, perfectly matching the rest of my laptop.
First charge was fine and the battery seems to hold up well.

Battery arrived quickly, well packaged, with tools
Battery arrived quickly, well packaged and included all the tools needed for the replacement job. Working well so far. Recommended seller.
I wasn't sure how long it would take to deliver and I have since noticed other reviewers have commented that delivery sometimes takes 3 weeks. In the event it took 3 days which was absolutely fine, but let me be clear that 3 weeks would have been unacceptable so this needs to be clear before ordering.

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback and recommendation! We’re glad to hear that the battery arrived quickly, was well packaged, included the necessary tools, and is working well so far.
Regarding delivery times, products showing a "ETA: 2-4 days" on the product page are shipped directly from our Bedfordshire warehouse. For some less common models, the items may need to be transferred from other warehouses, so delivery can take longer.
Thank you again for your support, and we hope the battery continues to perform well for you!

Not impressed
Not impressed. Ordered xbat200 for my Shark vac. Came well packaged in good time but faulty as wouldn’t charge. Contacted them, they asked for videos of charger (original shark) and me trying to charge the new battery and old one.(why? It was original one that came with vac and of no relevance. No exchange offered just issued a refund. I’m now left with a useless battery I have to make a special trip to dispose of.
Email sent to review but can’t get the link for that to work either so going direct
*UPDATE*
Had a response re above advising why they asked for videos (a bit late, they should have explained that in their communication) It seems there is a faulty batch that’s why they didn’t offer an exchange. Why did they not say that in their communication in the first place ?

Dear Customer,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
Our customer service team has already processed your refund on 2026-04-08. We would like to clarify that the request for charging videos of both the new and old batteries was only to help us determine the cause of the fault and allow our technical team to investigate the issue more accurately.
After our technicians reported the issue back to the manufacturer, we were informed that this particular batch had known problems. For this reason, rather than sending a replacement that might have the same issue, we decided that a full refund would be the best solution for you.
We sincerely apologize again for the trouble caused and appreciate your understanding.

New lease of life for very old laptop
Great experience. Had the exact battery I needed to bring my old laptop back to life. Arrived quickly and very well packaged along with the tools I'd need to fit it. Fitting was easy, charging was fast and I now have a laptop I can use on battery again. Very pleased as it's a laptop built in 2014 for Windows 8 and I still have it running perfectly on Windows 11 (despite a certain corporation's attempts to tell me the processor was out of date). With the new battery it seems even a little bit quicker - faster than some up to date Win11 laptops. Very pleased.

Make no mistake, your buying from China which isn’t clear until you place your order. If you need a replacement Laptop battery urgently you’ll be disappointed. So far, 13 days from order and still ‘in transit’ with no indication of when this will change to ‘out for delivery’

Still waiting
I received an email on 3rd March to say the batteries are on their way. I am still waiting, the tracking system doesn't work so well either, however by going to Royal Mail and inserting the number I discovered my order is still in China. (20th March). As others stated how fast the delivery is I am disappointed but living in hope.
