Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I purchased an HP laptop battery as this was shown to be located and despatched from the U.K. Nope, ends up coming from China, 2 weeks later and the battery is clearly not new, has damage to the body and the cells look like they’ve been manually charged. Now chasing for a refund.

Good Quality Replacement Battery for my Laptop
Identification of a replacement battery for my laptop was quite easy. The price was suitable with a reasonable delivery timeframe. In fact the battery was delivered early but was unfortunately left on my front step open to the risk of theft. I was out when it was delivered and had requested that it be left on the rear porch. That's the only reason for not giving a five star review. The batter fitted no problem and had 80% charge. I used and then recharged as per recommendation. It is working absolutely fine. I also ran a battery scan to check it's health and it was reported as excellent, confirming this was a good quality replacement.

Okay for the price
Battery arrived quickly so pleased with that and the price. However, it does not seem to hold charge for much longer than the 4-year-old battery it was replacing, despite taking longer to charge up.

So far so good!
So far so good!
First time using this company for a replacement laptop battery.
Pros: Impressed by quality/presentation of item. The battery came well packaged in sturdy cardboard box, with a proper tray to hold and protect the battery. And there were some pertinent tools as well included; 2 small screw drivers, and a prizer-opener, all of which was much appreciated.
Cons: Fairly quickly found the item type I wanted by basic part number, but unfortunately the compatibility list did not include my device. I tried the online help/chat tool but got no response, and this after warnings on the site to "make sure to order the correct part...". Ultimately resolved via AI, so a bit of frustration.
Also they use the usual, well known cheapo courier, which is fine for keeping cost down, but not so good for user tracking of the delivery, despite the numerous links provided. I believe it did arrive within the stated period, but I had no idea that that would be the case till literally the last minute...
Would consider using again based on quality of product alone. Lets hope the item lasts as well as it looks!

Quality of battery seems good fits…
Quality of battery seems good fits perfectly in my gtech hoover. Gave me 19 minutes of runtime verses 12 minutes runtime on the old battery. The thing that let it down is that there is no indicator light to let you know when the battery is fully charged. It would have got 5 stars if it had a way of telling when fully charged. I would still buy another one if needed though.

Dear customer,
We’re sorry to hear that you have been unable to locate your parcel.
We have carefully reviewed the delivery records for your order. According to the courier, the parcel was successfully delivered to your doorstep on 14 August 2026. The delivery is supported by both GPS location data and proof-of-delivery photographs.
As the tracking evidence confirms that the parcel reached the delivery address, unfortunately we are unable to treat the order as an undelivered parcel or arrange a replacement at this stage.
We understand how frustrating it is when a parcel cannot be found despite being marked as delivered. We recommend continuing the investigation directly with Evri, who hold the full delivery records for this shipment. If you believe the parcel may have been taken after delivery, you may also wish to report the matter to the local police.
Our customer service team remains available to assist with any information required for the investigation, and we sincerely hope the matter can be resolved soon.
