Very sad company sale goods (in offer ) but they do not have it !!
You pay and after i month still nothing ...someone answer like a robot (you know what i mean ) and finally a mesh situation happening at the end and nobody seems to care about !!

I simply adore my small collection of Baabuk shoes and boots. I am sorry to say that the Skywooler style has changed since my first pair and my most recent pair has a very hard inner sole in comparison to the deliciously comfortable inner sole to the original style. It just does not insulate the foot as well as before. I thought I had found my perfect shoe; this is my third, but I am trying to enjoy this new pair and it’s just not the joy I had been expecting. It’s tricky because there was no indication of change of comfort when I excitedly bought this recent pair.

I am very disappointed with this company right now. I like their shoes very much but the service has been unacceptable. After checking with them about delivery times and being told they ship express within a few days, I made the decision to separate my order and therefore miss out on free shipping, so one would arrive for a birthday by 12/9. The order was placed on 11/29 and as of 12/10 it has not shipped yet.
Apparently they are overwhelmed and cannot manage orders this time of year.

I finally received my new shoes... I am so excited. I had to be patient for a while, to save up some money to order them. Now they are here, on my feet and I am soooo happy. Thank you so much. Sending you all a big hug,

Ich habe drei Paar Baabuk Schuhe gekauft: Urban wooler (knöchelhoch), Urban sneaker (halbhoch) und pomobuk eco - Hausschuhe.
Alle drei Paar sind sehr gut verarbeitet und tragen sich angenehm. Jedoch bin ich froh, dass ich die Urban-Schuhe eine Nummer größer gekauft habe. Ich finde nämlich, dass die Schuhe eher klein ausfallen. Gegenüber Giesswein fallen die Schuhe deutlich kleiner aus (Größenunterschied ca. 5 mm bei Größe 40)!
Der Wollfilz ist bei allen drei Modellen erheblich fester und formbeständiger als beim vergleichbaren Giesswein - Model (merino runners). Auch ist der Schuh etwas schmaler geschnitten als bei der Konkurrenz.
Jedoch haben die Urban- Modelle im Futter eine wulstige Quernaht auf Ballenhöhe, die bei mir auf den kleinen Zeh drückt. Das gibt sich nach längerem Tragen, ist aber anfangs sehr unangenehm.

Just great! I really like my Sky Wooler shoes: very comfortable and good looking. Even if they are from wool, they are also ok on raining days, but will get wet if you walk more in heavy rain. The service is very prompt, my second pair arrived in just 2 days since my order. I will recommend them to everyone.
Even if I usually wear 39, I had to order 40 from Baabuk in order to fit.

I was so excited to receive my Baabuk Pomobuk slippers, especially after reading all the great reviews. They were comfortable and warm. However, they were not the size I had ordered. I had ordered a 39 and was sent a 40.

When I emailed to enquire about arranging to have the correct size sent to me, I received a prompt reply that I had actually been sent the correct size and that there was a error with labelling in the factory, and if I wanted to exchange the size, then I could pay to return and exchange them. I wasn't convinced that they were, in fact, a 39 and were simply labelled incorrectly. I had compared them to other side 39 and 40 shoes/slippers and they definitely looked more like a 40. Additionally, if there had been an error with labelling, a note informing customers of this could have been included in the boxes before they were shipped. I sent this all back in an email.

I had to follow up on my second email twice before I finally got a reply over a week later, with the customer service rep claiming he had replied to my email. But he was referring to my initial email, not my follow-up second email. So I replied again to highlight my second email. But I have since received no response. I have again had to follow up, but have had zero contact from Baabuk for well over a week since my last email.

Any excitement I had about my slippers has been overshadowed by how disappointed I am about the customer service that I have received.

The products may be good, but they let themselves down significantly on the customer service front.

I am a big fan of my Baabuk slippers! So much so, I just ordered slippers for my kids for Christmas. The team is super helpful and responsive too!

Shoes are ok, but the sole is not flexible enough. Also a bit large for a woman ´s foot, so as I am a 41, it looks like I have man’s feet amd i am wearing sleepers. No way i could go out with it ...I am disappointed about the fit overall. Quality is ok though. But I will not purchase another pair and will probably go to competitor who is offering running shoes next time.

Best chalet I have been to. Great location , fantastic views, clean and cozy. Best place to ski or hike.

My shoes did not fit me, so I sent them back for a refund.

It's been 3 weeks since my tracked delivery arrived back with Baabuk, but no refund money has arrived.

I have emailed them 3 times, asking about it, and sent my tracking details. No response. Completely ignored.

I loved the idea of these shoes, but for anyone thinking of trying them, beware that, like me, you may never get your refund money back if they don't fit.

I ordered shoes nearly 7 weeks ago, and nothing has arrived. I sent an email 9 days ago, and received a response which confirmed that the shoes had not been delivered, but still awaiting even the followup email.

If you're going to send review requests weeks before you even deliver the shoes, how can I possibly give a positive rating? I wish I could, I own two other pairs and like them.

We have 5 pairs, so far, of Baabuk slippers. We all love them, both Yves & Mel models. They keep our feet perfectly warm on our cold stone floors. They also have rubber anti-skid soles that are just perfect. They are expensive but excellent quality. Would highly recommend, especially if you suffer from cold feet.
