I absolutely love these slippers to wear in the house all day and every day. They are so cozy and protect my feet no matter the season. You can't go wrong with any of their styles but my go to is their original style. The way they are made ensures they last for a long time. Definitely get another set of inserts so the slippers last even longer. A winner for sure. Not a wrong step to buy a pair of these.

I have been buying Baabuk sneakers for quite some time, this winter I ordered a pair of slippers as I moved to Romania and the winters are cold here. In January I was taking down the Christmas lights and went outside barefoot in my slippers.... I did not even feel the cold. I was walking outside for 2 hours and did not even feel it on my bare feet. it was -7 DegC. Wool rocks !

J'ai acheté plusieurs paires de pantoufles en juin et décembre 2024. Le matériau s'use rapidement et au bout d'un an il y a des trous au niveau des gros orteils. Le côté matériau durable qui nous a attiré est compensé par la faible durée de vie de ces pantoufles

Es wurde uns ein paar Schuhe zugestellt, welche mehrere Mängel hatten. Es war extrem umständlich, in Kontakt zutreten. Nur per Mail möglich mit langen Wartezeiten. Nicht mal die Online-Retoure war möglich. Anschliessend mehrere Mails hin her. Defekt wurde nach Beweispflicht mittels Fotos bestätigt. Dennoch sind wir seit mehreren Wochen dran, immer lange Wartezeit und das Beste an dem ganzen: Baabuk behauptet, sie hätten mir das Geld retourniert, jedoch ist nichts angekommen. einen Beleg mit der Überweisungsbestätigung bekommen ich natürlich auch nicht. Das ist echt jenseits und noch nie erlebt. Eine riesen Frechheit das ganze! Nie wieder! Ich schalte nun meinen Rechtsschutz ein.

Les bottes Baabuk Ice Wooler ont été une très belle découverte. Dès les premiers pas, j’ai été étonnée par leur confort et leur légèreté. Elles gardent les pieds parfaitement au chaud, même lorsqu’il fait très froid, et je n’ai jamais ressenti d’humidité, même après avoir marché longtemps dans une neige assez profonde.

Ce qui m’a le plus plu, c’est leur fiabilité : aucune sensation de froid, pas d’eau qui passe, et une bonne stabilité sur les surfaces glissantes. Elles m’ont vraiment accompagnée partout, sans aucun problème.

En plus d’être pratiques, elles ont un joli design et s’adaptent très bien à un usage quotidien comme à des balades plus longues.

En résumé, une expérience extrêmement positive. Je recommande ces bottes sans hésitation à ceux qui cherchent chaleur, confort et sécurité pour l’hiver.

Ma dernière retrouvaille est le nouvel modèle Peaks Wooler - Warm Grey est extraordinaire. Le délai de livraison était deux jours plus long que d’habitude à cause du déménagement d’un département de BAABUK en Allemagne et des problèmes et de la situation perturbée sur le marché international export/import que plusieurs petites et moyennes compagnies suisses confrontent actuellement. My family and I are fan and loyal clients of the brand since more than a decade.
Ordered several times online or through partners offers and we have been happy with the quality and speed of the delivery and the size checked online to select the right size and quality products. I decided to right a review after my last order for home accessories (bottle cooler - non intuitive but nice and effective accessory).
After several years and various products tested (sleepers, sneakers, boots and accessories) I can only recommend the brand and the quality of the products that continuously improved overtime. I took the time to send feedback sometimes about the products and client’s experiences and the founders answered me personally. I noticed that some of the feedbacks were taken into account for the next Products.
I have also experienced some nights at the auberge baabuk and chalet baabuk and wow!

Cette entreprise sont des escrocs, ils ne veulent pas me rembourser mon renvoie sous prétexte que la poste a perdu le colis. Comme l’etiquette de retour est à leur nom, je n’ai pas de possibilité d’avoir des informations sur ce retour. Aucun numéro, des mails automatiques. Catastrophique. La pire expérience client de ma vie…. Escroc escroc escroc

My favorite pair of shoes are a pair of Baabuks that I bought over 10 years ago, which maybe makes my recent experience even more disappointing.

I ordered a pair of slippers at the end of July. After a few weeks, and having not received the slippers, I got in touch with customer service. I was told that their shipping department had marked the order closed, but not actually shipped the slippers. The customer service agent was apologetic, and explained that they no longer had the slippers in stock, but offered to send me something else they had in stock. I took a look, and picked something else. Customer service then asked me to pay the difference in the price between the two items. There was some more back and forth when I asked some questions about tariffs (they would pay) and shipping timeline (they’re moving warehouses, but would ship by the end of August) I paid the difference in price and looked forward to receiving my new shoes. It’s worth noting that any interaction with customer service takes at least a few days to get a response, sometimes a week.

In mid September, still having not received my shoes, I got in touch again. Customer service agent provides a FedEx tracking number, but when I check it out FedEx says that the label for my shoes exists, but the package hasn’t been picked up by them. I follow back up with Customer Service, after a longer wait I’m told they are checking on it. I ask for my money back. I’m told that they need to figure out if the shoes were shipped, and if they weren’t they’ll issue me a refund. At this point it’s been over two months since my initial order, over a month since my “replacement order,” and customer service doesn’t seem to be responding at all anymore.

Bottom line — Baabuk makes some decent products, but their shipping operating and customer service are an absolute mess.

Formulaire de renvoi ne fonctionne pas et oh surprise, les articles soldés ne peuvent pas être renvoyés. C'est mentionné dans les conditions générales mais pas indiqué lors de la commande. Solution proposée, donner les chaussures trop petites. Les commandes à Baabuk : première et dernière fois ! C'est triste car j'apprécie la démarche.
P.S. la plupart des commandes à d'autres entreprises peuvent être renvoyées et remboursées quelles que soient les offres, prix de base ou soldés.
Cela fait maintenant 2 mois et aucun remboursement malgré le renvoi de 2 autres articles.
