Auures Arvostelua

tried this. does not work. its a scam. they say you can get a refund but will not respond. there is no phone number to call. its a total rip off. do not waste your money.

Watched the advertisement for this product on Facebook. I would never buy a product that injects a spray or mist inside what they say is your walls. When you plug anything into your electrical outlets, you’re plugging into the electrical receptacle and not straight into the wall. Anyone that has an electrical background like myself would know you could possibly cause an electrical short or damage to the circuit but would most likely trip the breaker first. I would not recommend this product.

It took over 3 weeks to receive. The advertisement was very misleading- I ordered 6 outlet pest plug ins- the website shows a plug in assembled with oils in the pack- it came in pieces that needs to be assembled with 2 month oils that I ordered in addition. This was ordered for a senior citizen so I would never purchase this knowing assembling was needed. It has taken 4 emails trying to get a refund and the items have to be returned to Hong Kong that will cost over the half the purchase if I get a valid address to return that has yet to be provided.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve reached out to the seller directly and via Shopify. Shopify provides no assistance. It’s been almost 3 months and the product hasn’t arrived. Stay away from this company. It’s a scam.

Beware shoppers!! I haven’t even received the products and they are already being shady. I decided to try Auures face cream after going back and forth. Boy, do I regret it. It mentioned buy one get one free which sound like a deal. After my purchase, I received two emails. One about my purchase which is normal but the other one mentioned managing your subscription. I was so confused so I clicked on the link. It says I will receive this product which I didn’t sign up for. The cherry on top was seeing I can’t cancel before completing two more purchases. I reached out to the customer service email (by the way no customer service phone number). I sent multiple emails at this point and no response on their behalf. It says online 24 hours response but it’s been a couple days and many emails later. Nothing! I’m so upset with this whole experience.

I feel like I was catfished!. The tubes I received were nothing like what was on the Aurlux website. Nor did I receive everything noted in the description. There was no wand, or no other accessories.

When I tried the product, I was so ashamed that I had be scammed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
