The item did not work at all!

The item did not work at all!! I would have given a zero rating if I had the choice. Furthermore, they guarantee you a full refund if you are not satisfied within a few weeks but they do not honor it!! First they have you do a survey and send it to them before sending you return instructions. Well, they never send you return instructions because they keep going back and forth with you in emails trying to refund only a portion of what you paid saying that you do not have to return the items. The items DO NOT WORK so why would I want to keep them. I finally gave up and took a refund amount that was $30.00 less than what I paid. I only did that because I had a lot more going on in my life than to be able to waste anymore time with them. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!! Do not believe any positive reviews.

Product sent not able to be used

Product sent not compatible for Australia. Tried contacting customer support numerous times. Give the run around. Told to go out and purchase adapters for use in Australia at my cost and unsightly. Stay away from this company….total sham

I ordered two repellio and received…

I ordered two repellio and received them. They overcharged me on my credit card and I contacted them. They said they would get back to me. It has been a month and nobody has contacted me. I keep writing to them and they still don't answer. I will have the charged reversed on my credit card. Their customer service is terrible.
