I bought the mouse packs and I keep getting them every month. This is a money grab, they do not respond, and they are sorry for your bad experiance but they are the ones that made it bad by continuing to charge your card for a product that really is snake oil. This place is really just a money grab, I was shocked that everyone feels this way, criminal practices, stay away. still have not found a way to cancel. will have bank block them from my card.

Deceptive automatically was signed up for a subscription and initial order took 3 weeks to arrive. What a scam.

Horrible. I got 3 packs of 12 pouches. Placed an entire pack by my porch . I set a ring camera by the pouches and it seems to attract them. I wake up to multiple alerts. I have seen a vole , mouse, squirrel, raccoon, groundhog . I am not satisfied with the product and am completely shocked on how they advertise and the results. Im setting a bunch of kill traps and will be done. Do not send them your money

If I could give a lower score, I would. first, it took forever to receive my shipment. Once placed around my house, I waited the instructed time and saw absolutely no improvement. Then I get an email saying my second shipment was being processed. I never ordered one. I notified Sofyre that I did not want it and to issue a credit. Well, apparently, once you order, you are placed on a subscription. I managed to cancel the subscription but they refused to issue the credit, very politely I might add. My issue is I am being charged for a product that does not work and they refuse to work with the customer. Stay Away!!!

The product never shipped. The company has not responded to numerous emails. Lost my money

I wish I had gone to this site before submitting order. Took my money but never received product. Called and sent emails and never received any contact back. Scam from day one, should be ashamed of themselves and go out and get a real job.

This company is a scam, I purchased mail delivery was weeks, I suscribed for discount and canceled after product delivery problems, there is no phone contact and the 3 emails I sent to cancel were ignored and eventually I had to canel my credit card and get a new one to stop the subscription, THIS IS A SCAM

Total scam. Sent me stuff I did not order. Would not take it back. Would not stop sending. Have to call credit card company to refund money. Do not buy! Just received my third package of material without ever ordering more than 1. I’ve emailed multiple times. They do nothing.

They are turned my order into an automatic renewal, even though I NEVER signed up for auto renewal. I have contacted the credit card company AND the company, of course the company has NOT responded.

What a con! You buy once and they place you an a subscription without consent.

I never received my order, but sure paid for it😡 Horrible company won't respond to emails or voice messages! Don't waste your time or money!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I think the product is okay but they make it impossible to cancel the subscription and they have zero response to multiple efforts to cancel. They are shoddy.

Same as everyone else. Order turned into recurring transaction. Sent email to help@, contacted credit card. Now on to contacting the Attorney General. Awaiting the generic response sofyre replies to all of these reports. The Attorney General will appreciate it.

Total scam!!! They do not work at all, the mice in my area are eating the pouches but what is even worse is that you do not realize you are signing up for a a subscription service and they do not email you before shipping out the next order. Save yourself time and money and do not waste your time on these useless pouches.

Here's an update on my service from this HORRIBLE company. They only respond after you leave them a bad review and bombard them with emails. This stuff DOES NOT WORK! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Customer service is a JOKE!

This shit dose not work have caught 2 mice with glue traps and seen 2 more of the little uckers and the pouches never ucking worked since we bought your pouches

Don’t buy this they keep charging my credit card . The phone number they have no one answers, I have e mailed them they keep shipping and tell me I have to contact them to cancel. I thought e mailing was contacting them. Now I am disputing with my credit card company. Terrible company

This company is horrible. I ordered 1 pouch just wanted to try it 1st. Without my knowledge they signed me up for auto fill so they continue to charge me. Looks like many others have the same problem. Customer service there is a phn number no one answered though. Have requested to cancel subscription they ignore the request. To top things off they signed me up for autofill charged me for 2nd order said it was delivered a few days ago, Guess what I never received an order. Ive now reported them to the BBB. I've also tried emailing which is what they tell you to do. Don't bother, they don't acknowledge emails either I've sent about 5 so far.

I like the pouches. They seem to work. The complaint I have is that, I thought I was buying a bag of 12 pouches. It turns out, Sofyre turned that purchase into a subscription without informing me so that the following month, Sofyre charged my card again and is sending another order. That’s pretty shitty on their part. If I wanted another order I would have ordered another one. Sofyre lost me as a customer.

I did not sign up for autoship and notified the company to stop further shipments and they keep shipping. They have no customer service phone number …don’t do business with them
