Wolf spiders in the finished basement and they were massive. My daughter absolutely refused to go down there anymore. Two units in the basement, one on the stairs. Within a couple of weeks I'd stopped finding new webs and she's back to using her playroom.

Sugar ants every summer for ten years. Three units around the kitchen and dining room. Trail gone in a week. Nothing since.

Originally ordered 3 for our bed bug problem and they came pretty quick and seem to be working. Ordered another 3 several weeks ago and I find I'm not able to track their shipping status.

I don't even know where to start. We've been dealing with this for six months. Two rounds of chemical treatment from a company that promised the world, a steamer I bought off Amazon that I dragged around the house every weekend, bagging all our clothes and stripping the beds down like a routine. My husband actually moved into the guest room because he was convinced the bites were in my head. I stopped inviting anyone over. Ordered Petzly out of pure desperation, honestly not expecting much, and on day 16 I woke up without a single new bite. I sat at the kitchen table and cried for probably twenty minutes. My husband moved back into our bedroom last weekend.

Bought this after reading about the multi frequency thing and my husband was rolling his eyes the entire time saying all these plug ins are gimmicks. Two weeks later no mice, no droppings. He asked me to order another set for his workshop. From him that's basically a formal apology.y

Rats running across the ceiling at 2am, absolutely awful and putrid then Exterminator wanted $850 and warned it might take a return visit. We're with petzly for six weeks now and so far so good.

Four months of bed bugs then i bought last weekend. It worked. Slept every night this week. Thank you.

Every time I opened the pantry the bed bugs in there would scatter, made me sick so so sick Six months of gel baits did nothing. I bought the 3 pack and they all pissed off after about 3 weeks.

I'm 68 and I've owned this house for 40 years and I never thought I'd end up with bed bugs. Woke up one morning with polka dotted arms and just about died of shame. Turns out they come in on a used dresser I brought home. Petzly cleared it up in about 12 days and my grandson finally came to stay last weekend thank god.

Old row house on the north side of Chicago and we've had scratching in the walls every single night for well over a year. I tried traps first then steel wool in every gap, then that peppermint oil trick everyone talks about, then some spray from the hardware store, none of it worked. My wife had been telling me for months I was making the noise up because she couldn't hear it as much. Finally bought the 9 pack after Orkin quoted us $650 for one visit and told me they'd probably need to come back a few times. Quite with bed bugs within about a week. Honestly wish I'd just done this a year ago instead of driving myself crazy.

Three months of bed bugs wasn't sleeping, bites all up my arms all red and alergic.and after two exterminator visits and $1,700 down the drain they were still coming back. Ordered the 6 pack on a Sunday night out of desperation and by around day 10 when we plugged in there were no new bites, day 14 nothing at all. First proper sleep in months. Best money I've spent in a long time.

You can argue if you like about if the products work or not (I would state that they do not), however the most frustrating part is the returns. Good luck having them even reply. I had to go through my payment method (Shopify) and get them to push them into a reply. Once you do get a reply, the cost of returning to China is your burden and responsibility. I have chosen to keep the product and leave this review instead. Hope this can help anyone thinking of dealing with this company to explore another (more legitimate) one.

*****. Update: now they have reached out to me and reinforced their return policy. Which I have never disputed. 90 days return, but you assume the cost. I had ordered this product in error initially. yes. The decided to try it with a relative in their house. doesn't work. period. I didn't say that at first as I was trying to be polite. But, here we are. Products don't work. I can return it if I want to pay (I won't). so, this review gains me nothing at all (just want to inform any potential customers as to what the might face if they deal with them). Thanks!

Ordered 3 weeks ago and arrived 2 week ago so far bed bugs do not appear as often as before still better than before where i woke up in bites
