I would like to start this review by saying that Aura House has, without a doubt, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
I received my product in a timely manner and initially left a one-star review on their website. While the unit itself was sleek, attractive, and worked exactly as advertised, I was very disappointed in the fragrance. To me, the scent did not match the way it had been marketed, and I was pretty honest about that in my review.
Within a very short amount of time, I received a call from Aura House customer service, and I was genuinely blown away by the experience. They listened to every one of my concerns with completely open ears. There was not a hint of defensiveness or an attempt to dismiss my feedback. Instead, they were friendly, efficient, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in understanding why I was disappointed. They made me feel like my feedback actually mattered.
Fragrance is incredibly subjective, and what I don't love may very well be someone else's favorite scent. So while the fragrance itself wasn't for me, I can say without hesitation that Aura House is a very impressive company. The unit worked exactly as advertised, it looks beautiful in my home, and their customer service is absolutely stellar.
It is rare to have a customer service experience that actually changes the way you feel about a company after being disappointed with a product, but that is exactly what happened here. I went into the interaction unhappy with my purchase and came away incredibly impressed by the company behind it.
If you enjoy fragrance in your home, I would absolutely encourage you to give Aura House a try. Even though the particular scent I chose wasn't for me, the quality of the unit and the way this company treats its customers absolutely deserve recognition.

Devastatingly Bad Customer Service. Is This Even a Real Company?

I placed order #AH267840 on September 1 for a diffuser, two fragrance oils, and a free sampler advertised with my subscription. More than two weeks later, my order still shows as unfulfilled. I have received no tracking information, no shipment, and no reliable fulfillment update.

Aura House never proactively told me that two items were out of stock. I only learned this after contacting customer service when my expected delivery date passed. A representative offered to replace the unavailable Collins oil, and I immediately agreed to swap it for George V so the rest of my order could ship. The representative said the swap would allow my order to move forward, but it was never processed.

Since then, I have sent multiple emails, called customer service several times, and repeatedly checked my online account. I received an automated email confirming that my request had been placed in another support queue, but no one has actually resolved the issue. My account still says “unfulfilled,” and I still have no tracking number or confirmed shipping date.

I paid approximately $145 and enrolled in a subscription, yet I have nothing to show for it. Even the free sampler used to promote the subscription was apparently unavailable. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company simply to receive an order I already paid for.

The lack of proactive communication was disappointing. Failing to complete the promised replacement or respond with a meaningful update made the experience unacceptable. At this point, I am questioning whether my order will ever arrive and am considering disputing the charge with my bank.

I cannot recommend Aura House based on this experience.

Didn't expect to love a diffuser this much but here we are. Looks amazing, smells amazing, and I'm never stuck with one scent. So happy with it.

Skeptical at first because I've been bummed by pretty-but-useless diffusers before. This is the opposite. It looks luxurious AND works. Strong, even scent, easy oil changes, no fuss. It's earned its spot on my counter.

Obsessed with this diffuser. Runs quiet, the mist is consistent, and I love that I can rotate oils depending on my mood. Looks gorgeous on my shelf too. Five stars easy.

I actually haven’t used the diffuser yet because the oils were missing. I emailed customer service and I received a response within minutes that my oils would be on the way and that they were very sorry for the inconvenience. I’m very impressed with this level of Customer Service and hopefully the diffuser and oils were great as I’m expecting they will.

Update: I received a call from the founder of Aura House this evening. He personally reached out to apologize, hear my concerns, and make the situation right. He also shared that my posts had prompted his team to sit down together and discuss their customer service experience and workflows.

I was especially impressed by the way he handled the conversation. He wasn’t defensive. He was sincere, humble, and genuinely willing to listen and improve. He followed through with a refund, and I truly appreciate him taking the time to personally address what happened.

Initial review: Horrible customer service. They claim they will refund your purchase within 60 days. Completely false! Do not order from this company!!! I would recommend ordering another waterless diffuser on Amazon before choosing Aura House. I have asked for a refund and they will not respond back to me and there is no live agent to speak to nor a customer support phone number to be found on any of their sites.

I was first introduced to the Aura House product at a friend’s house. The scent was mesmerizing, not overbearing, just delightful. I immediately asked her what it was and when she told me, I went onto the website for Aura House and purchased my own. Unfortunately, because the product is so popular, my first shipping was quite delayed. Having said that, the customer service is phenomenal. They kept close contact with me, constantly letting me know when the supply was fulfilled and when my order would be shipped. My favorite scent thus far is Collins, the scent that attracted me in the first place.
The diffuser will be a go-to gift for family and friends. I love it that much!

Very disappointing. I placed my order on August 30th. Never received any correspondence from Aura house, so I reached out on 9/12 to ask the status of my order. I was told it was on backorder. I asked if there was something I could do receive my order in a timely manner-I was told I could switch the fragrance of which I said fine, switch the fragrance. I was told it would be shipped out on Monday 9/14. I never received any type of response when it wasn't shipped out as promised. When I reached back out on 9/16, I was told it should be shipped out on 9/21. At this point I was getting the runaround, no follow up unless I reached out. I asked for my order to be cancelled due to ongoing delays with no follow up...bad customer service and experience.

I was charged $112 for a 30 mL fragrance oil that should have been $32. That was 11 days ago. I contacted customer service immediately and then followed up several more times. They admit they overcharged me $80, but still haven’t issued my refund. It should have been taken care of same day, but I’m still waiting. Unacceptable.
Update: I finally received my refund. Unfortunately, it took a bad review to make them act, but they did respond and promptly refunded the overcharge.

Great customer service! Love the diffusers!! Collins & Coast are my favorites!

My original order had a hiccup in shipping. I sent an inquiry by email and received an immediate reply with a thorough explanation and choices to immediately solve the problem.
Grace H continued to stay online with me and even helped me pick a new scent. She definitely knows how to connect with her customers and make us feel special. I look forward to receiving my first Aura House shipment soon.

I love this diffuser and the scents! Your entire house smells wonderful in just a few minutes and the oil lasts over 30 days if on low! I own a Boutique and I'm going to sell them there also!

I absolutely love this product! I get compliments on the scent of my home every time someone walks in. My personal favorite is the “manifest” scent…subtle and amazing!! I have a subscription, so they send me a new bottle of fragrance every month. I use my diffuser on full blast for about 4-6 hours per day.
The customer service team is super responsive and helpful with any troubleshooting issues you might have. Quick resolve!!!

After a terrible experience, their Customer Care was able to sort the entire situation out and was expedient in completing.
I would now RECOMMENT Aura House to all of my friends

Love my Cream Aura House so much….I purchased a Black Aura for my upstairs loft! So excited to order Aura Christmas Scent!

This company is top notch. They genuinely care for their customers. I had a mishap with the post office delivering my order to the wrong house, and they went above and beyond to take care of it for me. They reach out and even ask what I need or if I want to change scents up. As a 40 year veteran of hospitality I am not easily impressed but this company is like the 5 star hotel of home fragrance, customer service, and lovlieness.

Was frustrated because my order was placed 10 days ago and hadn’t shipped. Sent an email to customer support and received a response immediately explaining the reason for delay. It was a scent on back order. They switched it out and said the order would be shipping! Haven’t tried it yet, so we will see how it functions when I receive the device.
