The Aura House diffuser has completely changed the ambiance of our home! The fact that I can control it from my phone and have it set on a timer is such a game changer and unlike any other diffuser I’ve owned. So far I’ve only tried the Dubai scent, but it has lasted forever and smells SO expensive. Our entire home smells amazing. Could not love this product more! 🤎

Love the diffuser. Subtle fragrance. They sent a large sample collection of the scents & I wanted to change my subscription but had some tech issues signing in to my account. I emailed them & received an instant reply. Shout out to Emma!

I am very disappointed in the new diffuser. I preferred the old model where the scent would be diffused consistently during the day. This one has a mind of its own.
Not a fan

The company never sent some items that were included in the promotion I paid for, their online customer service is AI and doesn't even know what it is promising to customers so there is almost never any follow through, and the oils themselves smell like the cheapest perfume you can imagine; strong, chemically, and harsh.

For two months and 28 emails back and forth, I've been trying to rectify this issue and have been told blatant lies about what they could do for me to make it right. The promotion I purchased was false advertising as the products promised were never in stock. Most recently, I was told I could return the diffuser and they would send me a return label, but the link would not open. Then I was charged again for a subscription they told me they had canceled. They have now stopped responding to me altogether.

If the product was even worthwhile, I wouldn't even bring this up. But their fragrances are putrid.

I use to think I could not afford this. But I was wrong. I have so thoroughly enjoyed stepping into my home every single day and it smells heavenly. In fact, everyone that enters my home immediately makes a comment on how wonderful it smells. I would buy over and over again. I have had my account with AURA for a while now and get to enjoy ever singe second. Not many items one purchases that give back so well. The customer service is off the chart. Could not ask for more. Don't like a particular sent. No problem they take care of it for you until you find the sent you love. I have found the Lavender is one of my favorites. Debbie Y

Terrible product! I have 3 diffusers, and none of them work! I got a replacement and it also doesn't work! I spent a lot of money on fragrances that I have nothing to use them for because the diffusers do not work! Had many discussions with the company, sent videos and lots of emails. They have no solution. They just don't work after a short while. I even bought 3 of the cleaning fragrances. Did nothing.

AuraHouse has been a game changer for me! My house smells so fresh & clean whenever I choose (set the times easily on the app).
While I do think it is pricey, it seems to be safer than some of the other air-freshening options.

The diffusers finally arrived after a glitch and very long wait (thank you cs!) But the arrival of replacement scents is even more difficult to obtain! My experience so far... concerned cs, but truly unreliable and simply bad delivery times for paid products. I've begun to believe there's something wrong with my account? Takes my money! But arrival of purchased product is at this juncture horrible!
I would NOT recommend this company nor it's products at this point. But once you purchase the expensive diffuser..., you are hostage to the extremely poor shipping and delivery. Do better Aura House!

Smells wonderful. Can control it also. As long as I can order and not get “auto shipped” I’m good.

The product is amazing, I just think the price point is really high.

I love the diffuser and most of the scents I purchased. Never received the free sampler pack with my first order. Their subscription plan is confusing. I ordered two scents with my first order. Realized I didn’t need 2/month and tried to cancel and revise subscription.site would not allow it. So I am being charged monthly for 2 scents and I only want one. It won’t let me revise until 3 months have passed. I find that one is enough to last me. I don’t want to stop ordering but the subscription policy was very confusing and I already have too many oils that I can use in one month and frankly can’t afford to keep getting them monthly. All I want is one a month and my free sampler I didn’t get. I would like to continue purchasing however the customer service is awful. Hope someone at Aura can fix this for me or I will not order in the future

I got the product that I ordered in a timely fashion. That’s when the trouble began. I could tell right away the perfumes didn’t agree with me. I immediately contacted the company and of course it was all AI - could not get a person. I did not open any of the products but they said I had to pay restocking fees. 15 emails later I received my return labels. Sent them both back one box got lost one got credited to me. I emailed again….The AI immediately responded saying they were sorry it was lost and they would send out the order again. Could not make them see that they owed me a credit- still waiting for a $125 refund and now I don’t even have the product to sell on offer up. Awful experience worst customer service ever. The stupidest AI in the world. Think twice before ordering maybe I will get lucky and get the second order products to resell

I ordered my diffuser 2 months ago. It still hasn’t arrived. They communicated that there would be a delay and that’s fine I guess, but now I’ve been charged for a second shipment with their subscription service. I can’t cancel or delay the shipment. I don’t even know if I like the diffuser or scents I purchased. Very frustrating and I feel like I’ve been ripped off!

I cannot tell you about the product because I never received it. I ordered it in July and now we are in September. Never was sent never sent updates. No communication. I finally reached out and asked what in the world is going on? And got the answer that they couldn’t fulfill the order shipment yet. I absolutely would not order from this company for the sole reason you don’t get the product. I finally ended up going with Pura diffuser and it’s working great!

This is the absolute WORST company- DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

Shipping was delayed by two months. It took forever to get a response on where the product I ordered was. Finally, I was able to cancel the order. A week after I canceled the order, I got a notification it was shipping. So, I was told that once it arrived, I could contact them for a return shipping label, and once I returned it, they would refund my money. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE SHIPPING LABEL TWO MONTHS LATER!!! Absolute disgrace.

I ordered the diffuser and two fragrances and they printed a shipping label but the item never left their warehouse. They told me they would refund my money and then after five business days, I checked up on it and they said, oh, i'm sorry your refund was never originally initiated. So they've taken my money and refused to ship me a product. All of their customer service is AI generated and there's no live person to talk to. And supposedly a live person is supposed to call me back, and so I had to fill out a report with paypal. And now I have to babysit it. And what a waste of my time and $175+ what a horrible company to do business with. Youre reply sounds like the same AI generated crap that I keep getting. You promised me a refund in two emails and now you're telling me you've shipped the product again, but all that happens is you print a shipping label. So now even though you have promised me a refund twice, now you're sending product and not giving me my refund. There was no error on your part. This is a whole evasive tactical maneuver on your part. You didn't have product to ship. You were just stalling, you refused to have interaction with your customers. Everything is a generic AI response. You are a very dishonest company. This is the worst customer service I've had on anything. Horrible company that lies and throws AI at people. There is no human connection to this product, or this company. I should add this so-called replacement they're sending instead of refunding my money as they promised, only shows as being prepared for shipment. And then they print a label and they let it sit. Because I doubt there's even any product to send. They over advertise, don't have product, and then when you google the reviews, most of the units are being reported as not working after two weeks. What an unethical way to do business.

The customer service rep was great helping me change fragrances so easy and pleasant.

I have tried two different fragrances and purchased Two diffusers. Neither of them had and smell and lasted any length of time. Save your money!!

The diffuser is fine, but I did not authorize a continuing subscription. It is impossible to reach anyone. I hope this email reaches a real person who will cancel any further false purchases from me!

Save yourself some time and money and shop some different brands. Aura House does not send a fillable fragrance bottle with the diffuser so you are forced to buy only this particular scents. I have one from elsewhere that I love and is safe for my pets and my occasional allergies. I will be returning mine- which will also be a bit of a hassle.
