Love my diffuser, received a scent refill I didn't care for, emailed to return it got an immediate reply, sent a pic of the unopened box and Emma said no Wed to return and shipped out the sent I want, it's Dubai btw, smells amazing! Quick and easy, great customer service and I am here for it!

I got the “Coast” scent now that I’m in the city and longing for that beachy feeling. Whenever I enter my room, it transports me to a state of tropical peace, exactly where I want to be. Highly recommend!

Awful customer service. I've been extremely patient. I have gone back and forth with 20 emails trying to get a resolution to a faulty diffuser with zero resolution and lots of excuses. Big run a round, waisted of time and money.
UPDATE: I have been contacted today to assure will be receiving the diffuser. I will update upon delivery.

My girlfriend had been using Aura House for a while and kept wanting to show it to me. I'll admit I was skeptical at first, I figured it was just another overhyped product idk. Then I actually tried it. The scent lasts all day but stays soft so it just feels like the place naturally smells good instead of fake. Ordering was easy and the whole experience has been smooth. Safe to say she won this one.

This scent completely changes the atmosphere of a room. It smells so fresh and clean without being too strong. I’ve had people come over and immediately ask what scent I’m using. Definitely one of those little things that makes a big difference. Bonus, it's safe for pets!!!

I got the Aura House diffuser with the Grounding scent and I’ve been loving it! This is my type of woody scent. It’s warm, cozy, and subtle, and it makes my apartment smell amazing without being overpowering.

No no no. This is the worst diffuser and scents ever experienced. Could not figure out why we were coughing when it was on and coming back in the house after being out. We tried different scents and it didn’t make a difference. Plus my air purifiers up to 150 with a red light, which is not a good sign. Avoid this product. at all cost!

From ordering to unboxing to a follow-up question I sent, the whole experience was seamless. The customer service team was lovely and quick to help. The diffuser is beautiful and works with all my oils. Couldn't be happier.

I sent an email asking how to exchange a scent that was making two family members sneeze, I had a reply to my email in less than 5 minutes. I appreciated the quick response. They offered to send a new scent that was not floral as those seem to be the ones that don’t work for my family. Grace was also able to suggest scents that would be a good fit for our home. Great customer service!!

I ordered the offer of diffuser and scent for a few $ off. I read the deal and specifically did not sign up as a member—wanted to test the product. Ad said ships in a few days. After 28 days, the order arrived. This is AFTER I tried repeatedly to find out where order is—I thought I had been scammed. Two days sfter recriving the first order, I get a notice that im being charged again fir a refill order thst I did not order. Their customer service tells me I am automatically enrolled in a 3-month membership snd cant cancel, must pay for things I didnt sign up fir and dont want. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. They are very poor at product fulfillment, customer service and marketing.

First order should have arrived within 2 weeks. It never arrived, never received an email communication that the order was delayed. I called their customer service number, was told the sample scents were back ordered and they could not tell me when my first order would ship out, meanwhile they charged my credit card so they received their payment. I tried canceling the entire order and subscription and I was told I could cancel subscription on future orders but not my first order. I contacted my credit card company and reported this merchant as fraudulent and merchant did not honor their commitment to send me the product within the 2 week frame. They are total scammers.

I absolutely love how my entire home smells now that I have just one AH diffuser. I can’t wait to get more to create different atmospheres. These aromas are definetly top notch!

I just received my oil in the mail and one of the bottles was leaking. I emailed the Aura House customer service and within minutes I had a reply that they would send me a replacement free of charge. This is the best Customer Service I have had from a company. Very impressed!
