Very poor quality
The tiles are of absolutely dreadful quality. The print is so poor that they’re unusable. I’ve contacted the company but their response has been incredibly slow and the issue hasn’t been resolved yet. I strongly recommend anyone looking for an alternative supplier avoid this company.

We’ve looked into this and would like to clarify a few points.
The tiles you received are Victorian style porcelain tiles, which are intentionally designed with variation and a slightly imperfect, aged appearance to reflect traditional Victorian style designs. It is important to state that this is part of the aesthetic rather than an issue with the quality of the tile itself.
From the images provided, the tiles appear consistent with the single tile images shown on the product page. As with all our tiles, we always recommend ordering a sample prior to placing a full order so the design and finish can be assessed in person. In this case I can't see that a sample was ordered.
In terms of your enquiry, our records show that all emails were responded to within our standard response times, and we confirmed that you are welcome to return the tiles. As outlined in our terms and conditions, return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
We’re disappointed to hear that the design wasn’t to your preference, but the product supplied is in line with the description and imagery provided.

Absolutely gorgeous tiles
Absolutely gorgeous tiles. Been waiting for them to come back into stock for an age. They are the only supplier in the UK of Barcelona hexagon tiles. The selection is second to none. Arrived on time and well packaged. Could not be happier. Thanks to these guys I did not have to pay £300 to import the product from Italy. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family

Lovely quality tiles and great customer service
Great customer service - the sample tiles were carefully wrapped and promptly despatched. When we had chosen our tiles (Fizaan jade 20cm tiles) they also arrived promptly and carefully wrapped. We are delighted with the tiles and they look great on our kitchen wall

Placing my order
Called for help with my order & the process was done for me. I was advised well on the questions I asked & if I needed anything to follow up.
The parcel arrived as was said & the packing was excellent.
4 tiles were broken on receiving the delivery, so I called to ask what to do. I was advised very clearly & taken through the process on the phone, while I filled in the online form.
The replacements were with me the next day.
Very good service all round. I would very much recommend this company.

Great tiles
We ordered a sample tile ( which we eventually changed the style of slightly) some time ago to take to the cottage we are renovating, to check it looked ok. Some time later we ordered our tiles ( we kindly got a discount code- thank you), the website directs you to other things you may need and calculates how many tiles to order. The tiles arrived on the correct day on a pallet. As directed I checked every single tile. There were two tiles that were faulty and the company are going to replace these. We haven't put them on the wall yet as we are waiting for the kitchen to be fitted.
