Well wrapped
Had already ordered a sample, so knew what I should be getting. Apprehensive about getting 30cm pencil tiles safely delivered. Order arrived, time as advised, in a somewhat beaten up box, but adequate bubble wrap had done it's job. Tiles match sample and now ready for fixing in place.

Great service and tiles
Even though a tile arrived damaged after a very quick phonecall a replacement was sent out within the week. Tiles look beautiful and the replacement was packaged extremely well. Can't wait to use them

Bad delivery
Everything to do with finding the perfect tiles and purchasing was great. However when they were delivered I put a note for the delivery driver ' if no one in please can they be left through the side gate', they were left on the front doorstep in full view and there was someone in. On the delivery website it said left in garage. Luckily they were still there when I went to the door later that day.

We've checked the order and unfortunately there were no delivery notes attached to it, which is how any specific delivery instructions are passed on to the courier. As outlined in our delivery terms and conditions, when we use an external delivery partner, their drivers must also follow their own company policies regarding where they are permitted to leave goods on a customer's property.
For this reason, we recommend that someone is available at the property on the scheduled delivery day wherever possible, as this is the best way to ensure the order is received safely.
We're glad to hear your tiles themselves were just what you were looking for, and we hope everything goes smoothly with your project.

offering is excellent, shipping costs not so great
offering is excellent, Shipping is not really related to the size/weight of the order, and seems quite expensive compared to other orders for tiles made in the last 3 months. whilst the tiles are well wrapped, and good quality - paying nearly the same for shipping as I did for the tiles felt like a way for you to make more profit - especially as a quote I got for the weight of tiles was 50% of the price from DPD

We understand your concerns regarding the delivery charge and would like to reassure you that we do not make any profit at all on our deliveries. As we hold accounts with our delivery companies, we are charged standard rates based on the delivery service required. When our website calculates the shipping cost at checkout, it pulls directly from our shipping cost and passes that charge on exactly, without adding any additional margin.
We appreciate that an individual courier quote may differ from the rate shown on our website, but we can assure you that delivery charges are not used as a way for us to make additional profit.
