Absolutely beautiful tiles, expensive delivery
We have ordered the Cabana Patchwork tiles for our kitchen project in May.
They are absolutely stunning! Amazing tiles, I can't wait to see on our kitchen wall. It arrived in perfect condition.
The only downside of my order was that on top of the quiet expensive tiles the delivery cost was pretty high. So I hope I ordered enough, because I definitely do not want to pay again for the delivery, especially that we spent a couple of hundreds for the tiles.

On line tiles from Artisan
Ordering process was easy on line after obtaining a sample tile. I got a phone call from customer services shortly after ordering to check I was happy and hadn’t forgotten anything which was a nice touch.
Got a phone call from the delivery company when they arrived as I was not in and they placed the 4 packs of tiles where I requested.
All the tiles from the 3 packs I have opened were in tact with no breakages.
I was a bit reluctant to order tiles on line but would have no hesitation in using Artisan again

Delivery extremely costly, beware!
The tiles are beautiful but I only needed 3 metres squared of tiles. I didn’t realise until checkout that I would be charged £59 for an entire pallet for delivery. By then I had arranged my tiler and had to proceed.
I feel completely ripped off, this could so easily have been sent by normal courier.

Tile deliveries are calculated based on weight and the need for secure, reinforced packaging to prevent damage in transit. Even smaller quantities can exceed standard parcel limits due to their weight and fragility, which is why they are often sent via pallet service rather than a standard courier. The delivery charge reflects the courier’s rate for transporting heavy goods, and we do not add any additional margin to this.
Delivery costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed, so customers can review the total before confirming their order. We appreciate that pallet delivery may feel disproportionate for smaller areas, but it is designed to ensure the tiles arrive safely and intact.

Empty promises on waivering deleivery costs
This is the third time I have used Artisan Tile Company. This is the third time I have used Artisan Tile Company. However, on the second occasion, I ordered some tiles with express delivery, which arrived a day late. I contacted the company, and they said they would waive the delivery charge for my next order. I was set on getting the Nero 50mm x 50mm tiles for my utility. I contacted them about free express delivery, and they said they had no record of this agreement against my previous order. I reluctantly purchased the tiles, but this will be the last time I use the company, as they made empty promises. However, on the 2nd occasion, I ordered some tiles on express delivery, which arrived a day late. I contacted the company, and they said they would waive the cost for delivery the next time I needed to order from them. However, I had my heart set on the Nero 50mm x 50mm for my utility. I contacted them regarding free express delievey and they said they haven't got a record of this. I reluctantly bought the times, but this will be the last time I use the company, as they came with empty promises. I've paid out £160 just in delivery costs. Hugely disappointing as they have a good range of tiles.

We’ve looked into your comments carefully and reviewed both the order history and the recorded call following your most recent purchase, as we take feedback like this seriously.
Regarding your second order, our records show the order was placed on Wednesday 4th February at 15:48 on a Priority Service. Based on the time of order, the earliest available delivery date displayed at checkout was Monday 9th February — and the tiles were delivered first thing on Monday 9th February, in line with that date. There is no record of the order arriving late.
We have also checked internally regarding the suggestion that a future delivery charge would be waived. There is no note, agreement or record on your account confirming that free delivery was promised. In fact, during the recorded call on 17th February at 18:39 — when you contacted us to amend the delivery address and ask about expediting your order — you stated that you had not contacted us regarding a late delivery on the previous order.
During that same call, our team explained that once an order is placed, delivery times are handled by third-party logistics providers and cannot be accelerated without selecting and paying for an upgraded service. We appreciate this wasn’t the answer you were hoping for, but the information provided was accurate.
We always aim to be clear and transparent with delivery options at checkout, including the expected delivery date before payment is made. We’re disappointed to read that you feel promises were made, as our records and call recordings do not support this.

Great tiles for a reasonable price
Finally found nice tiles for a reasonable price with Artisan. They delivered the first batch all OK except that delivery was a day late - possibly the fault of DPD/Nisa. I needed to order some more and they got them ready for pick up promptly and had them ready for me when I arrived.
