Terrible company
Terrible company. Charge extortionate delivery prices even when you have spent alot on an order. Needed 3 extra tiles and I would of had to pay that amount again!!!!! Wouldn't allow me to buy 3 sample tiles either. I had to get family and friends to buy the samples. Joke of a company! Avoid buying from these!

We understand you were unhappy with the delivery charge when trying to order additional tiles.
Tiles are heavy and fragile, so they require specialist courier services rather than standard parcel delivery. Delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the order, postcode, courier availability and the weight of the goods. Where multiple delivery options are available, these are shown at checkout so customers can choose the most suitable option before confirming your order.
Delivery charges are passed on from the courier, and we do not add a markup or make a profit from delivery. In some cases, we also absorb part of the courier cost ourselves to help keep delivery charges as cost effective as possible.
We do not offer free delivery on tile orders, and delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before an order is placed. We also offer free collection from designated collection points.
We have spoken with our customer service and sales teams, and can see that you contacted us by phone and email. During this correspondence, we explained that delivery costs are set by third-party pallet couriers and that we cannot override these charges.
As a way of trying to help in this specific situation, we also explained that you could arrange your own courier to collect from our serviced warehouse if you felt the delivery charge was not suitable. This is not something we generally encourage, as tiles are heavy and fragile and need to be handled carefully, but it was suggested by the team as an alternative option in an attempt to find a workable solution for you.
We also explained that your original order was for 32 tiles. This was supplied as 3 complete boxes, totalling 36 tiles, so 4 additional tiles were included in your original delivery as a gesture of goodwill to cover additional wastage at no extra cost.
We will always do what we reasonably can to help our customers. Our team works hard to find practical solutions wherever possible, but we cannot override courier charges or bypass clearly stated sample policies.
Samples are offered to help customers view tiles before placing an order, and we offer free delivery on one sample per product at a cost to the business. For this reason, multiple sample orders of the same tile are automatically cancelled and refunded, including orders placed using different names and/or addresses. This is explained in our sample order information.
As your review confirms that additional sample orders were placed by friends and family to try to order more of the same tile for free delivery, these orders also fall outside our sample policy and terms, and have been automatically flagged, cancelled and refunded.

Maroush Green Tiles for Kitchen Floor.
We consulted the team on many things over several months for our project and delighted with our choice of tiles and grouting colour, our builder commented on the quality of tiles also.
Services used:
1. Sample service - quick delivery
2. Moodboard - looked into ideas for complementary borders, grouting colours (they sent a photo of the tile against the 2 grout colours recommended so easy to pick)
3. Sales - advised grouting quantity, confirmed technical information on suitability for project, tile protection, delivery timings
4. Delivery - team managed to organise delivery a day early as builder was ready earlier than expected, very friendly delivery driver Paul.
Positive experience from start to finish, would definitely recommend using the Moodboard service as very helpful.
