The Artisan Tile Company website is well presented. The photography is very good on the whole with close ups of tiles and different views of finished tiling in situ. The ranges are extensive and filtering options by colour, gloss, matt, room etc made it easier to find a good selection of sample tiles to help me decide - all very carefully packed for delivery. Love the artisan wall tiles I chose for my kitchen but made me wish I'd chosen floor tiles before ordering and laying laminate !

Ordered tiles for our bathroom renovation. Quick delivery amd great packaging. Delivery driver was polite and helped bring them to the door even though it wasnt expected. A few were not really usable ( natural marble tiles were slightly damaged) , but the team quickly replied to my email and sent out replacements on proof of photos. Very professional and can not wait to show the finished project .

An excellent interactive website with a huge range of fancy pattern mostly Spanish tiles. The showroom is well worth the trip to Doncaster. The range beats the mass market which appeals to people looking for something a bit special. The opening hours of the Doncaster location needs more prominence. Phone contact and phone number could be higher profile, they would have many more leads. All in all, 5 stars from me

Prompt delivery on the day they said they would deliver. Tiles are now on a new porch floor and look amazing. Received lots of comments on how lovely they look. The grout colour suggested works perfectly. If you are looking for something a little bit different from the usual tile retailers, this is the place to go.
