Arrow Conveyancing Arvostelua

Ramsha was an incredible help during our house buying process. She was always available to answer calls and emails, even though she wasn’t our case handler. We’d had a really negative experience with Arrow Conveyancing, but Ramsha turned it around and made the experience much easier. Without her, we most likely wouldn’t have the keys to our new home. She really went above and beyond to answer all of our queries, and never showed any hesitation to help us even when we had lots of questions. She was an absolute professional throughout.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company at all. Communication is probably the worst I have ever experienced. During the conveyancing process (which we're now several months into) I've chased for weeks asking for updates but they never pick up the phone or respond to emails. So I've been left in the dark only to eventually be told they need a specific document or that they are waiting for something, leaving me wondering if weeks have been wasted. The lack of transparency regarding timelines is actually appalling.

I feel very let down and compelled to write this review to warn others. I'd strongly advise anyone considering them for conveyancing to look elsewhere.

Danielle was fantastic and happily answered all of my questions, no matter how simple and trivial. I always felt informed throughout the process and have happily recommended Aroow onto friends already! I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received and so thankful for all they have done to make my purchase go smoothly.

Great personal service from both Fahmhida and Paula. Always responded and kept me updated and showed a real genuine compassionate approach to the messy personal situation. Highly recommended as a conveyancer with a real personal touch

Top service from Ama. She did a fantastic job and overdelivered the completion earlier than I expected. Clear, concise and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Where to start…arrow conveyancing and more importantly caitlain without doubt the most unprofessional, un educated, embarrassing conveyancing company Ive ever come across.

A simple transfer of equity between me and my ex partner which going off advice of other solicitors should take no longer than 4-8 weeks, 9 months, 2 mortgage extensions, constant missed expiry dates for valuations and mortgage deadlines missed.

I myself have used a respectable professional law firm during this process and my ex partner used arrow, minimum wait times for responses from caitlain you can expect over a week to basic emails.

Absolutely embarrassing service from this company cannot recommend that anybody who reads this strongly enough to stay away from arrow conveyancing 1 star is far too many to rate this company.

You will waste your money, you will have deadlines missed, and you will more than likely lose sale or purchase.

Dispicable.

Fantastic service from Adam and would heavily recommend.
Adam kept in touch every step of the way, provided updates when required and would be on hand if I had any queries. This made buying my first home stress free and exciting.
I found the level of communication, professionalism, organisation and execution of the sale to be of a high standard and experienced no issues or concerns.
Based on my experience and the handling of my purchase, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others who are purchasing or selling a home and will be using again in the future.

We have had an excellent experience with Arrow conveyancing.
Kayleigh Molloy who dealt with our case has been friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the whole process

Excellent service - would highly recommend!

Alex at Arrow has been great at communicating with us and answering all our questions and needs. I would recommend in a heart beat

This is the second time using Arrow and once again it was an excellent experience. Kayleigh Molloy was my conveyancer and she was very helpful, prompt and professional

Fareeda & Leonie were fantastic. They were very understanding when I had delays. They kept me informed and answered emails promptly. The price was very competitive also.

I cannot recommend Caitlain Whittingham highly enough. From start to finish, she provided an outstanding service throughout my mortgage process. Caitlain was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer any questions I had.

She kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Her attention to detail and dedication ensured everything progressed smoothly and on time.

Thank you, Caitlain, for your exceptional support and hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable and professional mortgage solicitor.

My experience was great specially with Caitlain Whittingham, she was amazing! 🎉🎉🎉. Thanks for all you hard work and all your help 😊. I definitely recommend!

But right from the word go we realised what a amazing company they were to deal with Danielle Nunes was appointed to us and she made sure she did dealt with every issue and situation in a timely manner, she was always on hand to advise us and to help with any questions we were un sure of
Danielle made every thing so much easy we can't thank her enough .

So if you are in the same position give them a call.

Danielle N. was a fantastic conveyancer throughout the purchase of our property.

She was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. Our purchase ended up needing to be done quite quickly - she was able to get this over the line despite being on leave beforehand! The process wasn’t drawn out and she made it a lot less stressful for us. She is a credit to the company.

I would like to thank all the team at Arrow Conveyancing and especially Caitlain Whittingham She was outstanding and went above and beyond to help. We seem to have quite a few challenges I definitely recommend Caitlain and Arrow Conveyancing

Great to work with Arrow and I was so impressed with the speed of how they turned my remortgage around. Very easily contactable and Caitlain was a massive help.

Caitlin Whittingham and the whole team at Arrow Conveyancing were absolutely brilliant! Very professional and friendly staff and the communication was excellent! We would both highly recommend using this company.

Caitlain and her team were absolutely amazing. So informative and professional, explaining the procedure every step of the way in a precise way.

Completing mortgages can be a very stressful time, they took all that away from me.

I was keen to get my mortgage through asap, they took this on board and it literally took 5 working days to formalise after the offer was made. This to me is unheard of. I would highly recommend them.

Many thanks and regards,

Ava Hartley
