Terrible
Terrible.
Our conveyancer never answered the phone and responded to emails 48+ hours later.
Everything was sent over to her within 24 hours of request. 5 weeks later I’m asked for the same information and questions on documents that have been held for weeks. At the day of completion I was left uncertain whether or not it would actually complete due to lack of communication, slow responses and incompetence.

Hi Emma,
Thank you for providing additional information.
I have tried to call you to discuss, but was unable to get through.
I note from the questionnaire on your file that you had an ERC until 2/9/26, and your remortgage completed on 1/9/26.
If we had completed on your matter any earlier, you would have been liable to pay an early repayment charge.
I note that there was a request for further proof of funds on 26/8/26 (1 week before completion). This is to ensure funds are available at the time of completion, as we have a duty to the lender to ensure this has been evidenced and is readily available.
Your feedback and comments have been passed on to team.

Ramsha was fantastic
Ramsha was an incredible help during our house buying process. She was always available to answer calls and emails, even though she wasn’t our case handler. We’d had a really negative experience with Arrow Conveyancing, but Ramsha turned it around and made the experience much easier. Without her, we most likely wouldn’t have the keys to our new home. She really went above and beyond to answer all of our queries, and never showed any hesitation to help us even when we had lots of questions. She was an absolute professional throughout.
