He tenido un problema con la impresora. Simplemente en un dia solucionado. El mejor servicio post venta que he tenido. Me han atendido super rapido y han actuado rapido. Recambios para mi equipo y probar la solución. Simplemente perfecto el servicio post venta, te atienden super bien por correo electronico y estan ahi para ayudarte en todo momento. No solo las maquinas que venden son increibles por la relacion calidad precio, sino que el servicio postventa tambien es increible.

I had a problem with the extruder, I wasn't able to reassemble it properly and support sent me a new one. Great service, I'm very satisfied.

I had a lot of problems, z Axis homing, support send me new parts to replace and it helped,after then I had problems with multicolor printing,they send me a new extruder. All problems solved, support works very professional.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A KOBRA S1 PRINTER. The tables in these printers are warped, making it impossible to print a correct and uniform first layer! Technical support is limited to sending out parts, just as defective as the ones I'm asking for replacement! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Assistenza ottima super veloci nel rispondere e risolvere i problemi.

He tenido problemas con sensor de resonancia del eje Y, me han atendido muy rapido y solucion efectiva, me han enviado desde Anycubic la pieza entrea nueva tardo 2-3 dias al llegar he cambiado y funciona de nuevo perfectamente.
muchas gracia al equipo de anycubic, un servicio de post venta perfecta.

Excelent service,fast respond times. Some parts went faulty on my printer which led to some damage.They provided me with new parts to repair the printer within the warranty.

He tenido que contactar dos veces con el soporte técnico la primera por un problema por un error que apareció en mi Kobra 3, y me mandaron tres piezas nuevas sin ningún coste, el único problema que tardaron unos 10 días en los cuales no pude usar la impresora.
Y ahora he contactado nuevamente ya que el Ace pro ha dejado de funcionar de repente, estoy esperando la llegada de una placa base nueva, lo bueno que la impresora si funciona y puedo seguir usándolo.

Buen servicio técnico, te atienden muy amablemente por mail, te piden que les mandes fotos y vidios y responden muy rápido.

Tuve una avería con la kobra 3, en cuanto me puse en contacto con soporte ya me dijeron que no me preocupara de nada que me iban a mandar los repuestos, todo bien, han respondido rapido
