Antony Roberts Estate Agents Arvostelua

Amy had a look at the flat I was selling and came up with the expert view that it would be best suited to sale through an online auction. This worked absolutely perfectly. Amy and her team guided me through every step from preparing the property by helping recommend brilliant tradesmen to the online auction sale process. The property sold within 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier. Amy and her team in the East Sheen office were so knowledgeable and professional, I can’t rate and thank them enough.

We bought our new house through Antony Roberts East Sheen office. I found the team very professional and very reliable - not common in the real estate industry. Ben was a delight to work with - responsive and always delivered on commitments. Thanks to the Antony Roberts team, we closed our purchase in well under 6 weeks.

The team at Antony Roberts Kew Sale have been brilliant in selling my flat. They trully cared about the property, showing prospective buyers around and informing them with all important information about the development and the surrounding area. They supported me and the buyer through the sale process ensuring it went as fast as it could and everyone was informed of key milestones. I trully recommend you reach to Jonathan and Philip if you are to sell your property in Kew.

We reached out to Antony Roberts Estate Agents recently to help us find a tenant for our property and overall we are very pleased with the service they provided from start to finish. Paul engaged us initially and then John took with the viewing and helped us close the deal.

They were both very professional and friendly and kept us well informed throughout the process. They were very responsive and efficient when we engaged them and never pushy. They acted on instructions promptly and were always helpful in answering our queries. We would highly recommend this agency to any prospective landlords.

We are very impressed with Antony Roberts Agency! We have found John, Harriet and Giselle to be professional, fair, reliable and friendly at every point of contact. They see the big picture and also pay attention to detail, give good advice and they are very helpful to both tenants and landlords.
We have been landlords for many years and changed to Antony Roberts Estate Agents because of some negative experiences with other agents, so we have been able to compare … Furthermore, especially if you live far away from your property, being able to trust your agent is key, and we really feel in good hands here and would happily recommend this agency to other landlords!

The team at Antony Roberts supported and guided us through the Richmond sales market while we are based overseas in Australia. They not only achieved a successful outcome but helped us navigate all the obstacles that can come up during the process with great communication, customer service and excellent knowledge of the market.

We sold our house in Kew through AR's Kew office. We found them really attentive and professional throughout the process - from our initial meeting with Jonathan Glover all the way through to viewings, the offer and onwards to completion, all of which was managed by Simon Welford.

Rachel & Catherine were super stars in our sale process. Managed the process throughout and persevered- despite the challenging market. Achieve a record price for us - and helped us move into our next dream property.

The Antony Roberts Estate Agent team in St Margarets are, in my opinion, excellent. We worked with Catherine, Russell, Rachel, India and team on the sale of our property and then a subsequent purchase in the area. Property transactions can be challenging at times, which is why it's important to have professional agents who you trust and like, and who you can work closely with. They worked as a collaborative team which helped. It meant that you could always speak to someone who cared. This team were superb, all the way through, which was a great comfort to us. Many thanks indeed!

Superb service from start to finish. Catherine Merrett was nothing short of outstanding for her exemplary skills in negotiation and handling of the whole process which took only 8 weeks.
The whole team were totally reliable and trustworthy. Extraordinary.
Massive thanks.

Harriet and Ed from the Richmond office team recently let my flat in Richmond. Their approach from start to finish has been professional, efficient, polite and calm, never over promising and under delivering as other agencies did and always following through and helping on the smallest details. I’m very pleased to have them managing my flat now and feel reassured and confident that they will look after it and the tenants well.

James Hobley from Antony Roberts sold our flat in Richmond. James was super efficient and helpful he went above and beyond to smooth the sale to completion.
While the flat was let out David Reed from Antony Roberts Lettings was incredibly helpful also. I highly recommend Antony Roberts estate Agents

We have been dealing with ARs for over 20 years. They are a small but super-efficient team that provide a reliable service. One develops a personal relationship with staff members, who are always willing to go the extra mile to support their clients. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Harriet and the Antony Roberts team were great in supporting us with our rental property search. Highly recommended. This is the second property we have rented through Antony Roberts Richmond and I’m glad we were able to continue with them as the managing agent.

TheAntony Roberts team were great, sensitively efficient and worked well together with us. Great communication skills and we valued their local knowledge and experience.

Russell Houston was the agent when I bought my flat 6 years ago, and when I just sold it. He was a total pleasure to deal with both as a buyer, and a seller. Professional, hard working and dedicated to getting the transaction over the line. I would highly recommend Russell and the team at Antony Roberts.

Antony Roberts manage our property and are proactive in finding tenants, paperwork and procedures

A highly efficient team - competent professional and proactive. Excellent communication.

We have been mostly working with Ed and it was a great experience. He was ver knowledgeable and helpful as we had to move from a different country. He made sure to accommodate our specific requirements for the check-in as we were not very flexible with date and time. Some times we were in contact with Harriet and she was also very nice and got back to us quickly answering all the questions we had. Would definitely work with the agency again.
