Antony Roberts Estate Agents Arvostelua

We had a great experience with Antony Roberts. John in the St Margarets office helped us with our search, and to secure our new home. He was very professional and friendly, and answered all my questions very promptly. I would recommend Antony Roberts strongly and would use them again.

Absolutely amazing team! Super responsive and professional! Francesca, David and Mark took excellent care of the property. Francesca helped so much with the final renovations before letting the property and found wonderful tenants for my house in Kew.

Antony Roberts are my local managing agents, after inheriting a property from my husband, who passed away in '21.
They have been exceptionally helpful and would highly recommend them.

Really appreciate with antony Robert

We couldn't recommend Antony Roberts enough. Their exceptional service, politeness, and care have made all the difference to us. We've been renting with them in Richmond for years, and we wouldn't think of working with a different agency. They have always been prompt and effective with any issues or requests and we've received a tailor made approach to our property search. They're very family-friendly and understanding of a family's specific needs, and they value each prospective tenant tremendously. Stellar service by John Martins and colleagues at Antony Roberts St Margarets.

We had a first class experience with Antony Robert's Estate Agent. Amy provided excellent market advice, expertly positioning our East Sheen property to sell. She stayed on top of all issues through out the sale process, anticipating any potential problems and proactively managing them to a successful conclusion. We would absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend Antony Robert's Estate Agents and Amy's stellar efforts in particular - Thank you!

We purchased our first home in Richmond through Antony Roberts, and from our very first viewing with Emma Humphrys, we knew straight away we were in excellent hands. She made such a strong impression that we were certain we wanted to buy through her, whether this property or another. Throughout the entire process, Emma was an excellent communicator and incredibly hardworking. Despite several setbacks along the way, she went above and beyond to ensure everything moved forward. Exceeded our expectations and we’re so grateful to have had her as our estate agent!

We had a wonderful experience with Antony Roberts, specifically John Martins. From the start John was incredibly helpful. He was always extremely responsive and also honest and transparent with us regarding the flat and the process itself, which we appreciated a ton because a lot of agents aren't like that.

John found us an amazing flat and we would definitely want John's help in the future!

It is so grateful to have John Martins in assisting us on renting the house. He provided valuable opinion and helped us on finalizing the agreement with the landlord quickly. His professional service is highly recommended.

We have just bought a house in Kew and the experience with Simon was excellent. He is knowledgeable and patient and I honestly believe the sale wouldn’t have gone through without him. My solicitor is not easily impressed and he said Simon was one the best he dealt with
Highly recommend!

Since the beginning, they have been truly helpful and will go the extra mile!
John Martins has been great helping us with moving into our new home.
We are grateful to all the team there.

Excellent properties. Professional, competent, supportive staff. As a firts-time buyer I cannot thank enough Simon and the team for the help and patient support they have provided in matching me with the perfect property and guiding me through the purchase process. Strongly recommend.

Thank you Antony Roberts for their excellent support and professionalism in the purchase of my new home in Kew. Particular thanks to Simon Welford for helping with the somewhat complicated logistics of my move and for keeping me so well informed throughout the process. Special thanks also to Toby for his guidance with the various viewings; he was very professional and helpful. From initial viewing to completion day it has been a top class service!

I found Antony Roberts super professional and accommodating for me. The team our lovely, Especially Ed and Harriet.

I've dealt with several estate agents over the years, however the team at Antony Roberts were second to none, Harriet and Ed were both always so polite, helpful and professional. They guided me through every step of the way and got me into a lovely new home!

Fantastic agency in Kew. I worked with many agents there through selling a property and trying to buy a new one. When selling i mostly worked with Simon who has been exceptional at getting those buyers in and helping the chain to work out, when it didn't he persevered to find new buyers and ultimately helped to get to completion. Highly recommend this agency and Simon. They have exceptional knowledge of the area and are very professional to get things done!

I would like to thank Antony Roberts on the sale of my parents house. Tricky sale but Simon Welford was on hand every step of the way. I’m an agent myself and I thought the service given to me and my family was absolutely excellent. Thank you Jonathan Glover as well, you valued the property at the correct price to get the footfall. All round an excellent service from the whole team. My family are very greatfull. Best M

A Tremendous Team!
Our experience working with the team at Anthony Roberts was exceptional.
We were given clear advice in a professional manner and this led to a straightforward sale with our solicitor
being informed throughout; from offer to completion
took five weeks and this enabled everyone to feel a sense of achievement.
Emma followed up on every enquiry with care and high level communication skills at each juncture of the process whilst maintaining a cheerful manner throughout.
We would recommend Anthony Roberts to anyone looking to sell in the Richmond area; their local knowledge is wide and their availability exceptional.
Thank you to the team!

I had originally purchased the property through Antony Roberts around 12 years a go, recalling that to be a supportive experience. I had continued since then to use their letting service to mannage the tenancy and this too has been a very positive experience with a proactive letting team. The recent sale of the property, once again through AR has been truly outstanding. The Emma was very professional, tenacious in following up and willing to be creative in solving at times difficult conveyancing issues. Without this, at times substantive effort I fear this difficult process may not have concluded to completion? Thank You!

Over a period of time trying to sell our flat, we tried many estate agents in the area. When we finally started working with Anthony Roberts, the difference was noticeable - they are professional, friendly, act with integrity and always accessible to share their experience and advice. Toby oversaw our eventual sale and was a great liaison with the involved parties, proactive in keeping me updated and reassured. Overall they would be my top recommendation to anyone in the area looking for an estate agent. Thanks again for all your help!
