Antony Roberts Estate Agents Arvostelua

As a tenant of 3 years - I only dealt with Jo Lacey, the tenancy manager. I found Jo to be super-helpful, professional, understanding and balanced. I would recommend Jo very highly indeed.

Professional, enthusiastic, friendly and supportive with excellent communication between all parties. I highly recommend to everyone including family and friends. Many thanks to Catherine, Russell and the team for achieving a great result.

Antony Roberts were really professional, quick to respond and helpful. It was a major move for us from Scotland and they helped to put us at ease and make moving here pretty straight forward. A seamless experience!

I’ve just moved today to my new flat and everything was quick, very clear and easy. I had an excellent experience and I would like to mention Paul Zammit supported me all the time from the beginning till I picked my keys up, attentive to every detail, he is very professional and kind. I highly recommend to rent your next property with Antony Roberts agency.

By far the most reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent in Richmond. The team in Kew and Richmond are very friendly and helpful. I have bought and Let a number of properties over the years with them and have had the pleasure of working with a fantastic bunch of people like Harriet Scanlan and James Hobley, who in my opinion is a true example of what a great estate agent should strive to be.

Recently sold our house through Anthony Roberts who were brilliant. They were hugely supportive guiding us during a difficult time and despite being let down by a few buyers they held my hand and steered a steady course to a sale which realised the full market potential. They are lovely to deal with and fully understand the local community plus they will sort out all your attendant needs with a variety of reliable electricians, plumbers and decorators should you need. Highly recommend them both as a buyer and seller.

Very positive experience with Antony Roberts, in particular Simon Welford who was responsive and easy to deal with throughout and went out of his way to help the deal go smoothly. Antony Roberts are simply to go-to agent around Kew and Richmond.

From start to finish our house buying process was helped along by the extremely friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable team at Antony Roberts St Margaret's branch. A special thank you goes to Catherine Merritt and Russell Houston.

The whole team at Antony Roberts were superb from start to finish and smoothed the path through a difficult market to exchange of contracts on our sale. The communication was excellent as was their commitment throughout the process. Catherine Merrett and Russell Houston deserve a special mention but in reality the whole team were involved. A first class experience.

John Martins has been wonderful to deal with at Antony Roberts. He was always available at the end of the phone and provided levels of knowledge and expertise that are rare in this industry. Often, one feels treated as a "spare wheel" during property transactions. However, John, Paul and the team at Antony Roberts were kind, informative and professional beyond reproach.

Thank you very warmly for restoring my faith in your profession.

We worked with Alison Wren at Antony Roberts for the six years that we rented in Richmond. During that time she proved to be the consummate professional who always managed to balance the interests of the owners and ourselves as renters. Alison was always respectful and responsive to any issues or concerns that we raised. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a property manager working at the top of her game.

They made us feel much more relaxed than any of the other estate agents we dealt with.

Harriet and Ed from the Richmond branch handled reletting my house in a super efficient and personable manner. The day after they came to check out my place I had three offers over asking. When the tenant-to-be unexpectedly pulled out at the last moment, Ed let me know at once and within a few hours I had two more offers. The paperwork and inventory were handled promptly and my house is now let. Very happy with the service and terms. Thanks AR team.

Antony Roberts were very helpful in securing a rental property on short notice that suited us perfectly. A big thanks to Harriet and Ed for their hard work.

We are happy to have found our home with the help of Antony Roberts Estate Agents. Harriet Scanlan has been a great support throughout the process and we appreciated her being very friendly and responsive all along the way!

It has been easy to work with Anthony Roberts in my experiences buying/letting in the local area. They are always professional, supportive and deserve their excellent reputation.

My partner and I had a great experience dealing with Antony Roberts to rent our new flat. John Martins was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving all our queries and it could not have gone better. The whole experience felt more like dealing with a landlord directly rather than an agency. We continued to receive the same level of support and responsiveness even after moving into our new property and I would definitely recommend!

John Martins and Paul Zammit have made the finding of a new home a stress and trouble free process.
Moving home is fraught with problems and hidden difficulties and their considerate and professional work and thoughtfulness, removed any concerns and apprehension I may have had or experienced, completely.

After carefully assessing my requirements they found the ideal property, helped and supported me through the references, deposit, tenancy agreement, inventory and handing of the keys. All and any questions and queries were followed up and answered with information, help and guidance.

I would not hesitate in recommending them to any who are seeking a home; you could not make a finer or wiser choice.

John Martins made the process of finding a new rental home in London easy. This was a relief given the current climate of competition & low supply. The requirement was also a standard 1 month’s rent up front alongside a deposit. This was greatly appreciated as my last rental required six month’s up-front - a sizable financial burden to a a single person renting, which did not result in a long-term rental. I was given a no fault eviction notice within the same contracted year. I am hopeful that this new rental will last until I buy a property.

We had an overwhelmingly positive experience buying and selling simultaneously through Antony Roberts in Kew. Jonathan is a property wizard....his tenacity, professionalism, judgment and kindness were evident from start to finish. Jonathan works with a fantastic team, including Toby and Charlie, so we always felt in safe hands. Special thanks to Charlie who truly went above and beyond and we are incredibly grateful. I would not consider any other agency when we come to sell. Thank you!
