Jammer dat je geen 0 sterren kan selecteren ,anders soswieso gedaan .Als ik iedereen een raad mag geven ,afblijven van die Chinese rommel .Je denkt dat je haardroger koopt uit Nederland,maar komt uit China.Terugestuurd want voldeed niet,ja inderdaad hoge transportkosten,en is op de koop toe dan aan de douane blijven liggen(hoewel B post me gegarandeerd heeft dat die kosten voor de firma zelf zijn,wat zij tegenspraken en is deze dus terug bij mij beland.Dus een kat in een zak gekocht,frauduleus zou ik zelfs durven noemen .Had beter de reviews gelezen vóór mijn aankoop,want ben niet de enige gedupeerde,zo blijkt .

I bought this product in November 2023 as a cheaper replacement for the Dyson which had lasted 8 years. After an initial anxious waiting period for the hair dryer to arrive and having read many negative reviews I was pleased to receive it. Performance was not dissimilar to the Dyson over the next 14 months however last weekend it just stopped working and there’s nothing that can be done to fix it.
You get what you pay for.

Het verbaasd me enigszins toch dat er mensen zijn die een positieve ervaring hebben met dit bedrijf.
Ik had een fohn besteld, order geannuleerd ( wel betaald) en terug gestuurd naar het adres wat mij is verteld. Vanaf dat moment lijken de problemen zich op te stapelen, zeer slechte communicatie, feiten verdraaien en pakket is zoek etc.
Ik laat het niet los totdat zij met een fatsoenlijke oplossing komen voor dit probleem.
Bestel niet bij dit bedrijf!! Wees gewaarschuwd. Zeker gezien de ( in mijn ogen terechte) reviews..........

Bought a very expensive hairdryer in march.
Used it approximately 20 times if that, just cut out on me.
Tried to email customer service and was rejected.

Had this hairdryer less than a year gets way to hot melted the attachment and inside the hairdryer can not find where to contact them very disappointing

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Hairdryer is very dangerous, went on fire while drying my daughter’s hair. Tried to contact Customer Services on various occasions and no response. Avoid this company and hairdryer. Absolute fraudsters!!

Basically never worked out of the box. Replaced with Dyson. They wanted a video of issue I argued I didn't need to send one and didn't follow up enough. just tried to get it to work again after ten months and produced wiley coyote wisps of smoke

Shocking product and no customer service. Under 9 months with minimal use hairdryer started smelling of burning and then smoked. Booklet advises 2 year warranty. Contacted company. In very bad English basically told me where to stick it… went back with proof of warranty advice and got the exact same email response. Contacted my credit card and apparently as over 120 days of purchase they can’t help either. Very expensive piece of rubbish. DO NOT BUY.

I am still waiting for my refund, I have emailed them at least three times a week asking for my refund and they say the same thing, the refund is being processed! This has been going on for over 2 months now and nothing… I had an email this morning and they have said it is now being sorted by a manager, please wait a little longer! This was also said last week and the week before.
Like everyone else do not buy!

After having my hairdryer for 11 month it statered smoking and blew up. Got in touch with Airtecho to be told only 6 months guarantee even though information in box says 2 years. They offered me a discount on a new one.
Stay away from them !!!

I've posted before and you need to understand this is a fraudulent company. The product is very much below standard and no response from them when the item became unusable which I promise it will before the year is out so do not buy or think about it. They have actually dropped the
price as they are being found out. Please take this on board as it will save you money. Cheats of the highest order.

If I could give 0 start I would, this is a complete scam website!
I recieved the hair dryer after 5 weeks, even though I tried to cancel it in the meantime with the message that I could not.
The dryer is chinese junk, the instructions are full of spelling mistakes and the pieces cheap plastic.
I had made an objection to the bank and was told that I would recieve 50% refund from airtecho if I cancelled it. I did and provided proof of this and now 6 weeks and MANY emails later, I still have not recieved my refund and guess what.... now they have closed the email account (Airtecho DK) and their "danish" website. Such a major scam with completely incompetent and fraud customer service!

Lead is about 4 foot long, and no good. Asked for refund and they agreed but never sent! Fraudsters

Idd kun je nergens vinden dat dit product uit China komt, anders waren wij er nooit aan begonnen. Inmiddels zijn wij toe aan nr 3. De eerste 2 waren direct stuk, de tweede werd redelijk snel opgestuurd, we wachten nu al een aantal maanden op nr 3.
Hopelijk lezen mensen de review, zodat ze er niet aan beginnen. Wij hebben deze föhn gekocht, omdat hij op een site als 1 van de beste getest was, oplichting dus

Having bought 2 dryers for my wife and daughter for Christmas 2023. My daughters has already stopped working and my wife’s on/off button is also heading for a failure.

Warranty is just 6 months, so have bitten the bullet and bought a Dyson, which is what I should have bought in the first place!

DO NOT BUY THIS HAIRDRYER!!!

This hair dryer started to make a horrific noise so we contacted customer services who requested a video.
I was reluctant to turn the dryer back on but they wanted a video proof.
I turned on the dryer and it electrocuted me and tripped my house electrics.
Customer services apologised and said a replacement would be sent out.
I have email traces of all this.
Customer services have now retracted sending out the replacement saying it’s out of the guarantee period.
STAY AWAY.

Fraudulent company, posing as U.K. based but actually in China. I tried to cancel 20 mins after purchase, but told it was shipped, which didn’t happen till three days later. It took numerous e-mails and offers of discounts up to 50% for me to keep it before I was given the return address in China. The need to return to China was not mentioned on their website. Cost me £28.50 to return at the end of March. Was then told I would need to pay Chinese customs fees for Airtecho to receive the item back in China. I opened a case with American Express, which initially they closed in favour of Airtecho! I persevered sending them dozens of ongoing e-mails between me and the company, including me finally agreeing to have the customs fees deducted from my refund to prevent customs in China returning the item to me. I eventually got an e-mail from Airtecho saying my refund of £142.70 had been processed) I paid £179 for the hairdryer). Of course this was never received in my account, but I eventually had the £142.70 reimbursed by AMEX. My Royal Mail tracking number shows the item as still with customs in China. Clearly it is not even worth the customs fees (that I have paid) for the company to retrieve it! After reading other reviews, I count myself lucky to have £118 of my £179 back.

First of all the company is Chinese, they try to pretend that is not the case, but it is. I was fairly happy with the item, for a year and three months and then it just stopped working. Since their warranty is only 90 days I am just going to have to bin this, £180 for a hairdryer that last 1 year is definitely not something I would recommend.

Produit venant de Chine. Impossible de le retourner ou d'être remboursé. Le produit n'est pas conforme et est extrêmement bruyant. Au moins 75 DB dans les oreilles. A éviter.

This is the same product and scam as Batroni.co.uk. It is also linked to a fake review website quality-reviewer.com. They are using a fake bsi kite mark and licence number which makes it a counterfit product. Also they claim CE safety certification on their website which is another bogus claim. Do not buy this product and certainly DO NOT plug it in!
