I needed to chase my booking
I needed to chase my booking, no emails from them or the courier, still waiting for my annex. A different company delivered the awning free in 24hrs. The cashback offer isn't cashback its money off another purchase. My next purchase (to use the cashback) is out of stock.
Update - I have contacted your customer services after your reply (that I'm unable to reply to)
You don't actually have the item I ordered and are waiting for a delivery. There was no mention of stock issues when I paid and would not have ordered.

You will likely have received an order confirmation email once your order was placed, you could also respond to this with any queries or concerns.
In relation to the cashback offer mentioned in your review, we would like to clarify that the promotion is indeed a cashback offer. The payment provider issues the cashback as credit which can be applied as money off any future purchase.
Regarding the item being out of stock, customers are still able to place an order and apply their cashback. The order would then be fulfilled and dispatched as soon as the product is replenished in our warehouse.

Hi,
I am not sure what you are referring to when you say "reply that I'm unable to reply to". Your reply is showing up on the review which we are responding to now. Please note that we have also replied via your sales order separately.
Upon investigating this further, it appears that you have not been contacting our customer service team but rather our sales team. This may have been done due to you having spoken to sales on our Live Chat platform before your order was placed, regarding a Vango mini pump. One of our sales team actually spoke to you and gave you the information you requested on 2 different Live Chat conversations regarding estimated time of delivery.
Our website advised of an estimated delivery of 3-5 working days when you placed your order. This was placed on March 5th @ 10:35am and the ETA was reiterated once more in the order confirmation email (sent at 10:36am).
Today places us on the 5th working day since your order was placed and you received comms @ 12.38 that your shipment will be leaving us today via FedEx and will be delivered to you tomorrow.
To summarise the points raised in this review:
- The booking was chased via the incorrect channels, however, the sales person still provided the necessary details requested.
- A confirmation email was sent instantly after the order was placed, detailing the estimated time of delivery.
- The item has left our facility on the same day it arrived from the supplier and on next-day delivery - FOC.
- The cashback offer is legitimate and operates in a way to reward our loyal customers by giving them money off future orders.
Customer service & support sits at the very heart of our business. We believe that every interaction with a customer is an opportunity to build trust, demonstrate our values, and create a lasting relationship.

Delivery was appalling.
The supplier chose to use FedEx as courier. The delivery was supposed to be secure (signed for).
I was not at home and the two packages were left outside entry gates, in a country lane, next to a public footpath. I did not give FedEx any prior authority to do this.
By using FedEx in this way it was a clear indicator that I was not at home. An enhanced security risk.
The delivery method chosen was not secure and the products could easily have been stolen or damaged.

I believe our customer support team have already picked this up with you on March 4th and apologised on behalf of FedEx. This was consequentially raised to our FedEx account manager to raise concerns about the service provided - this certainly not standard procedure.
I can also see that you were refunded for shipping charges even though your shipment was received in full.
We’re very sorry to hear about the way FedEx handled your delivery. As you mentioned, the parcels were left outside your entry gates without authorisation, which we completely understand is not the secure delivery experience you expected. Situations like this are frustrating, particularly when you are not at home and the location is accessible from a public footpath.
Unfortunately couriers do not have a 100% strike rate and that is something that many businesses have to contend with on occasion but please note that all of our shipments are insured so that in the event that a package turns out to be damaged or stolen, we can take the necessary steps to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently for our customers.
We’re pleased that the packages did ultimately arrive safely and hope that the goodwill gesture from our customer service team goes some way to apologising for the mishap with the courier.
If you feel that the way we handled the issue, including our response time and refunding of the delivery charge reflects a more positive experience with our customer service, we would be very grateful if you would consider updating your review.
