I've won more times on this so far than I ever did on the lottery, its simple to set up and then your notified when you have won.

Liked the price, then a quick turn around with our order, kept informed, and delivered a day earlier than the courier emailed out. A few slight points to make though, they came centre pole operated and not side but i didn't see this option when ordering so presumed they were side so partly my fault, a few of the end weights had the corners knocked off and one of the packed boxes, were dropping screws out whilst I brought it in from the courier, this was probably down to the couriers handling off our packages though. Once I'd fitted them all, they looked great up. 👍

Curtain poles were very good, picking packing sending could of been a little faster but overhaul good service

The actual reporting and making the claim was easy, the only issue came when I had to get time to travel to the repairer and then when I went to have the wheel refitted once repaired they damaged one of the wheel nuts by using the wrong size socket at 1st then told me it was the design of the wheel nut caps that had caused it although they had removed it in the 1st place with no issue, so I'm left now with having to buy a new wheel nut. Other than this it would of been 5 stars
