Ordered fridge vent online. It arrived the next day despite only being standard postage.

I was struggling to buy a Telta sun canopy and was recommended to try Purely Outdoors.
The service has been brilliant from the initial phone call to them to make an enquiry to the fast delivery of my purchase.

Bought a caravan cover. Cover is now 13 months old and I have just discovered that it is leaking. Requested a refund but this has been refused as it is out of the 12 months old warranty period. Purely Outdoors appears to consider the product failing after just 13 months to be acceptable. I have pointed out that the Sale of Goods Act requires goods to be fit for purpose, and that this includes a reasonable serviceable life, but Purely Outdoors is maintaining its position. Looking at the other reviews it appears that other people have had similar customer service issues when dealing with Purely Outdoors.

Ordered gas canisters, delivery driver dumped my parcel right next to the pavement. Didn't knock or ring bell. No email notifications.

I will not ever order from this company again. Good riddence.

Visited today to view drive away awnings for our Motorhome. Received excellent service and advice from Andy, and instruction on how to attach it/erect it. So we’ve ordered a Vango. Thanks Andy- we are looking forward to using it next year.

Amazing experience at the shop yesterday!
I needed a 6kg Propane cylinder and advice on a few more bits for our caravan and received all that and more.
Andy was not only able to advise me on what I needed but literally went straight to the stock on the shelves to supply the bits at great prices which included an offered 5% discount because of my Camping and Caravanning Club membership.
The shop is very modern, clean, tidy, well laid out and stocked with some very high quality and useful items.
Purely outdoors is just over an hour from my home and are now my absolute favourite supplier. I'm not going to say "my go to guys from the get go" because I'm English and I'm sure you know what I mean ;-)
Very highly recommended.

They make up excuses that are not in the documentation, so that they can get away with replacing damaged awnings.

Ordered a coolbox via next day delivery. DPD sent to the wrong distribution centre which delayed delivery. Needed the item asap for a trip and customer service were great. They checked and confirmed it would arrive the following day and refunded the postage. Quick response to emails and overall happy with the experience.

Excellent customer service when a delivery went astray. Sorted swiftly and efficiently by the customer service team who did exactly what they said they would do. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Many thanks

Do not travel to this store if you want to view tents.

NOT TRUE. Travelled to store ('Here') to view Outwell tents, not one on site. I was told we can order them off the website?? I can order them off the website!!

Waste of time!

First use of driveway awning, it leaks everywhere. Middle of roof sections all over like rain inside. Phoned for help.
Let it go through 3 wet/dry weather cycles before it becomes weatherproof.
Having a laugh at my expense.
Ask me to take photos when on 4th raining in experience. He said the driveway awnings are like this.
Didn't read this, when researching this item or on purchase.
Bad .... naughty company.

Awful experience. My item never made it to me and the company do not want any responsibility what so ever, they are not replying to my emails. They are happy to take my £399 but I have no item. Currently seeking advice and going through the correct channels now. But please avoid unless you want them stealing from you. They basically like to take your money then just ignore you. Please do not use them.

Ordered an electric griddle .£40. From Amazon
When it arrived packeting damaged and box had been opened and re packed ( badly ) . Obviously an item that had been returned by someone prior to being sent out to me . Poor quality item , very light and flimsy . Now waiting for refund . Watch this space .

Ordered 2 x luxury folding garden chairs and matching footrests. Price was good (much cheaper than Amazon) and delivered to Scotland within one day. Amazing service. Would buy from them again.

Terrible.
Had to chase up a refund numerous times.
Phoned up today and was met with a very rude advisor.
She advised me I had been refunded - I’ve not…
She then goes to look at it again, “oh we marked it as refunded but never so it’s been done now.”
No apology - nothing.
I shouldn’t have to chase up a refund for an item you received almost 2 weeks ago.
I shouldn’t be met with rude staff.
I should have received an apology.
Disgusting service.
Essentially stolen from and had to fight to get what I’m owed. Useless company who should not be trading.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with from start to finish!
Can’t fault these guys one bit, called for advice and they were spot on, ordered what I was advised and it was perfect.
Anyone looking for camping/caravan gear these are the best.
Was actually missing a part from a gale pump and a replacement was sent out within days..
Highly recommend from the experience I’ve had, and will defo use again.

My wife and I have just visited the store In Nuneaton and bought our first air awning. We can’t thank Emma enough for her help. She showed us how to deflate and then using the gale pump how to erect the awning. A lot easier than our old pole awning. Can’t wait to use it next week. Thank you Emma for your help it is very much appreciated.

Visited the store today we traveled from Shropshire worth the trip. We were served by Chris what a lovely chap gold standard service very helpful and attentive.

Do not use this company unless you are happy to be inundated with unwanted adverts sometimes multiple times daily that you don't seem able to stop and they claim no knowledge ot them when you contact them.
Would give minus 5 stars if possible!

Product Dometic air awning and annexe quality first class,veranda poles ordered at the same time 6 months later after chasing i was offered telta poles not one's wasi informed by purely outdoors, NOT THE BEST
