First off was there was no pushy sales tactics which after dealing with other companies was a welcomed relief
Mo was excellent from start to finish, explaining everything thoroughly including the condition of the car and the car tax costs. As we were travelling over 2 hours this is a exactly what we needed
2 tyres were close to the limit so they were changed without us even asking
He wasn't working on the day we could collect so organised for Tom to deal with the hand over which he did without any fuss, and sorted out an issue that arose on arrival to our satisfaction
This was 4 months ago and the car is perfect
We would definitely use them again and also recommend them to anyone considering using them

I have ordered a granny charger, an extension and a wall holder. all excellent quality
They take a couple of days to dispatch but it's worth it for the products they sell

I bought a vacuum and the roller at the back of the floor head has become defected
I emailed samsung, had to provide photos, then told they'd contact me within 7-10 days up to 28 days for rare occasions.
A month later still no response.
Another email sent,
then they phone on a terrible line to tell me my warranty has ran out, which I said it hasn't, then they say this part not covered by the warranty and gave me a number for E spares
Turns out the part costs £5. For a company you pay a premium to buy their products this is poor customer service

My 1st time using an online chemist as my usual prescription was out of stock locally
They replied quickly to my stock request email, I ordered the same day
It was dispatched the same day and arrived next morning
I'd have no hesitation in using them again

Unfortunately FedEx couldn't get my order to me in one piece but the customer service provided by Kyle in lampshop customer services was excellent

I went direct as I try to do that for companies rather than going through amazon
Ordered greeting card paper but after a week or so I contacted them to see where my order was and they'd ran out of stock and not bothered to let me know
I got a refund no problem but mad sit all a bit rushed to get an alternative and get them out in time for Christmas
Good paper but I wouldn't order again given the lack of communication
