★★★★★ Outstanding Customer Service
★★★★★ Outstanding Customer Service – Above and Beyond!
I’ve been a customer of Acegolf for quite some time, and my recent experience has reinforced why I continue to shop with them.
I accidentally ordered two items in the wrong size and contacted their customer service team to arrange an exchange. As the mistake was entirely mine, I fully expected to pay the return postage and the shipping costs for the replacements.
To my absolute surprise, Acegolf generously offered to send both replacement items in the correct size completely free of charge, and even told me I could keep the original items!
The replacements have now arrived, and I’m delighted to say they fit perfectly and are exactly what I wanted.
I’d particularly like to thank Aussie from the customer service team, who was exceptionally helpful, courteous and professional throughout the process.
This level of generosity and genuine customer care is rare these days, and I believe it deserves recognition.
Thank you, Aussie, and thank you, Acegolf, for such outstanding service. You’ve certainly earned my continued loyalty, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others!

Great company!
Ordering from AceGolf has been an absolute pleasure. I love the quality of their products. The materials are so comfortable. Returning an item has been extremely efficient. Alana and Colleen have been so helpful with one dress that seemed to be missed-sized. I am so grateful! I love their products and will be ordering another dress in a different color because it fits beautifully! Thank you AceGolf.

Great quality golf wear and customer service
I was very impressed with the quality of the clothing I'd ordered but noticed that I'd accidentally order one of the tops in the wrong size.
I contacted Acegolfs customer service , via the chat on the website, Nikki replied well within the specified 24 hour response time and has arranged to exchange my top.
This was my first order from Acegolfs and certainly won't be the last!

Acegolfs is a great company
Acegolfs is a fantastic company that offers beautiful, great quality products and provides excellent customer service! I have purchased several of the quarterzip tops and love them all. I also recently purchased a sleeveless dress, but it was too big. Jazel helped me with a few return/exchange options, and I am excited to receive another dress in a size that is better suited for me. Jazel was helpful, polite, prompt and just made everything so easy. This is a company where you can shop with confidende. They also offer frequent promotions. Thank you, Acegolfs!

Delivery took longer than expected.
Size was way too big (2 or 3 sizes!) and totally unsuitable so had to return.
You can’t return to the UK!
I contacted via the chat and was advised I had to return to Singapore at my own expense!
I sent my delivery receipt and chased Acegolfs but I am being blanked.
Of course no refund received!!!

This is the second order from Acegolfs…
This is the second order from Acegolfs and I'm very pleased. I have two of the golf tanks with the ruffled collar. My mother-in-law saw it this summer and loved it. She turned 90 in September and so I decided to get one for her but I didn't know her size. She was so excited when she opened up the present and knew what outfit she was going to wear it with. When I processed my return with Customer Service, it was easy and quick. Jeawel gave me options but ultimately I decided on the refund and it was seamless. I can't thank Jeawel and Acegolfs for truly honoring what returns and customer service should be in an online world - exceptional. Thank you!
