Acegolfs for On or Off the Course
Acegolfs offers good looking, comfortable golf clothing at a really great price point. What is also really great is their customer care. In particular, I would like to mention Penny. I had a crazy issue, and she helped me through it. Thank You Penny!!

I needed to return an item as it was big and I kept the smaller one. I sent them an email. The process was started quickly from their rapid response and because they were actually so helpful and really nice I took an exchange instead of a refund. I’m looking forward to receiving it. I was assisted firstly by Carina and then Efer both extremely helpful

Unfortunately the shoes I ordered did not fit.
Alona responded quickly to my request for information to return item.
She gave me three options and when I decided I would mail back for full refund she provided mailing document. She also waived $5 charge because I was a first time customer.

Great items & TTS
Who gives 365 days to return a purchase? Looks like AceGolfs does! I had to return a sweatshirt because the color was brown & not black—my fault I guess (looked black to me). Jeawel was the person that handled my return—it was seamless, I contact them, they send a return label, I send package off, they refund or exchange purchase. Simple & no hassle. Quality material & true to size for both pants & tops. I’ll be back for more!

I have placed 4 orders with Ace Golfs
I have placed 4 orders with Ace Golfs. I am generally happy with the quality of their products and their customer service. The customer service representatives respond within 12-18 hours, but they do not assign a customer case to a specific representative, so much communication has to be repeated. Like many Chinese companies, they start with an offer of a 50% refund if you agree to keep the merchandise you intended to return. Then you have to explain why you don't want the item(s) many times over. And then they finally send you a return label, but say it may not scan properly, and if it doesn't, then you're responsible to pay for it. So you have to go with the package and wait in interminable USPS lines, with only one person working, to shepherd the package through. (my label worked, btw.) So it's suboptimal, but the designs are lovely and the colors are bright.

J ai passé une commande d un pantalon…
J ai passé une commande d un pantalon il y a plus d’une semaine. Pas de possibilité de suivi de livraison. Pas de livraison. Pas de courrier pour me confirmer l expédition du pantalon. La seule réponse reçue est que mon système d imail n est pas approprié. Il s agit de ma boîte orange. Donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi il y aurait une difficulté de connexion. En tout cas à ce jour pas de préavis de livraison de mon pantalon. Donc très déçue de cette marque acegolf. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Some positives but way more negatives…
Positives : the golf dresses are more stylish and better priced than any others I’ve found in UK, and correspondence consistently polite but…..
Negatives : return costs are the main problem - It looks like a US website but returns are to Singapore and expensive - I paid £25. Unless product is faulty buyer pays.
Also time delays in order fulfillment ( I ordered 25/8, items too big and replacements finally received 3/10)!
Time delays in responding ( typically min 24 hour often longer ) which wouldn’t be so much of an issue if agents were more efficient and fewer points of contact required
Lack of transparency - try to find the returns address online…. Why make it this difficilt? Took many times of asking before it was provided
