Je suis ravie de ma première expérience chez Acegolfs pour l achat de quelques vêtements (polos et pantalons) en renouvellement de ma garde robe golfique car au jeu de golf on use beaucoup et on aime être bien habillées aussi !
Tout est très tentant quant au choix
J ai apprécié le geste commercial à cause de différences entre les tailles selon les modèles de vêtements

The quality of the item did not at all match the pictures. The fabric was shiny and cheap looking where the picture showed a quality matte finish. J’ai achete deux pantalons- meme modele mais l’un rose et l’autre a pois bleu.
1 ere partie de golf ce week end avec le pantalon à pois: il accroche à la végétation, bouloche sur les zones de frottement et notamment sous les fesses ( position assise)! Bilan, il taille bien mais le tissus n’est pas adapté à la pratique de ce sport.
Sur 4 articles achetés il y a un mois, 3 m’ont été livrés à ce jour. Chaque article part après être fabriqué je suppose. Bilan 4 articles, 4 envois et il faut être patient!

J'ai craqué pour deux articles pour mon compagnon mais comme rien n'allait même si nous faisions un échange, le site m'a remboursé en quelques jours (le temps de la transaction) et ne m'a pas demandé les articles en retours. Je suis très surprise et contente à la fois. Merci beaucoup !!!

I reached out to request a return label. In speaking with Jazel (through email) he asked if there was another item I would be interested in, and there was. he helped me to place an order for that item and made a plan for the other item.

I have ordered from this company before and all of their items are beautiful in color, fit very well, and you get your order pretty quickly.

I hope not to have any issues with customer service again but if I do I hope I get Jazel. So helpful.

I placed the order almost a month ago and haven't received my order yet. I inquired about my order. A very helpful associate "Jazel" answered my email very quickly and assured me my order would arrive soon. I love these shirts! They wear well, are cool. They are worth the wait!!! I'm just eager to wear my light blue one that I ordered....

The designs are modern and flattering unlike a lot of ladies golf clothing which can be very frumpy looking. I am delighted with the items I have purchased. Great customer service and clear explanation of what comes next. I ordered a size that ended up being a little large. They are sending me a smaller size at no cost to me. It was easy, and I was surprised that I am keeping both sizes.
